Highly recommend Bryce. He's such a great guy and is very dependable! You can always count on him to answer when you need him! He came and helped me out during my very first accident when no one else could get to us in a storm that hit suddenly!

Would 100% give more stars if I could. We got locked out of our car with our toddler inside. The first tow company we called left us hanging for more than an hour and cancelled the call with no notice to us. When we called the police, they referred us to Zimmerman. We called and he was at our car in under 15 minutes. Next time something like this happens I know who our first call will be to. Great service!

I was not sure what was wrong with my van not running, but Bryce Zimmerman not only diagnosed the problem but found and towed my van to the shop that replaced the alternator. Very helpful to one stranded from Alabama. I'm thankful.

Bryce at Zimmerman Towing saved our family trip!! Thanks to his advice, he saved us money and helped us find the best auto repair shop. He was patient with us and drove us to three different shops. We have used Zimmerman towing several times through the years. I needed to have my car towed locally today and not one problem.He is a super nice guy to work with.When I called he was very nice to deal with on the phone and in person. He arrived in a timely manor. He checked out the car and hooked it up with no problems.Through the years he has helped with breakdowns and flat tires. He has always arrived in a timely manor and very professional.I highly reccomend using them if you are in need a tow or a flat tire fixed.It is local family owned business that is very knowledgeable.Service: Car towing

Beyond rude and refused to tow my car where I needed it because the driver was "not driving all that way tonight". After he already had my car hooked up and drove it 7 miles the wrong way and dropped it at gas station and charged my card wouldn't recommend to anyone. Then had to pay another tow company to take it to the correct place.Service: Car towing
