I wanted to love this but it was really disappointing. I ordered the pricey $75 filet mignon and they served it cut in half. Who does that? It ruined it for me and my Mom’s filet was fatty. The vegetables served with the steaks were all exotic like white carrots and black potatoes and would have been fun to try had they been cooked properly. My Dad didn’t care for the scallops. The sauces that came with the scallops were too over the top for him or gourmet and he got his plain and still didn’t like it.

This is the mid range priced restaurant at Nemacolin. Service was efficient. Grilled salad was not grilled...just lightly torched and very cold. Otherwise our meals were good. Ambience is lovely and Falling Rock Hotel is beautiful.

Fantastic experience! Wonderful wait staff absolutely loved it here. The food was delicious the drinks were equally wonderful! They even did a custom smoked old fashion for me which wasn't on the menu.

Dined on a Sunday night and unfortunately seated next to a loud, rude, group of three which distracted from the otherwise ambiance which was beautiful. Wine selection was great and limited menu gave options for us. We selected a tuna dish that was really quite average and a scallops dish which again was very average. Considering pricing of both I wouldn't return and dine at one of the other Nemacolin restaurants. Barratolo was our favorite by far. Service was light at best and again very average. They did present a lovely dessert for our wedding anniversary and made a nice ending to the meal.

We had dinner at Aqueous 2 nights in a row during* our 3 night stay. The first night experience was so lovely that we decided to go back for a second night dinner. The sommelier/ waitress Lauren was delightful as she had excellent recommendations for our couples wine flight and dessert wine choices. So knowledgeable. And her helpers Ezme and Nolan were right on the ball and excellent as well. Everyone was So personable and friendly. Not stuffy at all. Would come back to Necomalin just to have dinner here again

Took my wife here to celebrate her 50th birthday. Nice ambiance with great view of golf course, but service and food no where near justify the price point. While the food was good it certainly was not $650 for a party of two - good. MP for seafood tower was $185 which admittedly surprised our already lofty exceptions. While each course was "good" nothing was unique, noteworthy, or great. I understand when at Nemacolon you have to accept this reality, but from a restaurant perspective certainly not worth it IMHO.

I'll cherish the memory of my first time dining here for as long as I'm able to remember things. My girlfriends and I had the most incredible time sharing course after course with perfect cocktails and bubbly paired with it. Before being seated at our table we hit the bar to make waiting more fun. The bartender was nice enough to go out of his way make me something off the menu -- an on point michelada, my favorite drink. After our very short wait we were seated and greeted by a team of great servers taking care of our every need. We had so many course and I actually forgot to take pictures of our salads and the duck. Check them out!

Great seafood restaurant. Seafood tower was really amazing and the oysters were perfect. After eating the seafood tower we were really too full for the rest of the meal but we tried some of it all. The halibut was the best part of the entree. Service was excellent. Couldn’t have been better. Typical pricey resort food but in the case, top quality and service.

Amazing. As a self-described "foodie" I cannot even leave this restaurant without pointing out key details: 1. McKalee and her table service colleague, Tyler, were incredibly personable. Tyler, in particular, was well knowledgeable about the dishes enough to give personal recommendations which served perfect to our palates. 2. Tyler's recommendation to have the sea bass for a "filling, but refreshing" meal was spot-on. His recommendation to have the beef short rib, however, was altogether Other. The first bite of either dish compulsed contented sighs, but the short rib, with its Korean BBQ and minced-shrimp-grits were altogether euphoric. 3. Marissa described each dish in detail as she placed them on our table. Her work is appreciated, if for no other reason, for its simplicity in preparing one's taste buds for the entertainment to come. All in all, this was a fantastic meal coupled with dedicated service, neither of which will soon be forgotten.

The decor and dining experience was phenomenal. A lot of detail was put into the entire dining experience. The food is plated wonderfully and everything is of the utmost freshness. Unique flavor profiles make this dining experience one you shall not forget.

Friendly server, disappointing food. Amuse buche was a meat filled fried perogi. It was ok but cold. We both had the lobster bisque. It was good, not overly creamy, flavorful. One tiny piece of lobster. Lemon eclair in the soup was interesting but frankly I would have preferred more lobster. They serve the soup on what is essentially an 8inch flat plate with a lip. Because the plate is so wide and cool, the soup cools very quickly and then you have to tip the plate to gather the soup. Strange. I had the scallops and lobster risotto. The risotto was ok- some pieces still crunchy. The scallops were definitely off as I found out in the bathroom shortly after our meal. I made the mistake of taking a bite of each scallop, thinking, we'll maybe it's just this one that's bad, and then tried the next. They were all bad. When the server cleared our plates she did not question why I had not eaten any of the scallops. Husbands sea bass was ok. Ordered milk and honey for dessert based on Yelp recommendations. The raw honeycomb was the best part. Highlight was the Textbook wine the waitress recommended- it was delicious!! So disappointing as this was my husband and i's one night out during our Nemacolin vacation. Even had the kids in kids club. If you are on property I would recommend Bartolo or even the Tavern over my experience.

How many ways can I say amazing.. from the decor to the outdoor views and scenery, to the food. Everything was just perfect. Service was quick, food was amazing. Highly recommend the scallops and sea bass. Also not on menu.. fries.. I know that sounds simple but they had the most amazing fries ever.

Breakfast was good, least hard meal to screw up. Wine list was $$$$$ by the glass, same as every other restaurant in the resort - unimpressive and $$

The food here was amazing; best on the property. It exceeded our expectations. Flavorful and succulent. We traveled with a party of 5, and everyone agreed the food was great. Next time we will likely skip the other restaurants and dine here only.
