I never like dealing with these service advisors cause they always try to rip you off, but I met Scott, a seasoned pro. He asked me a few questions and he immediately knew what the problem was. My Ford has no gas cap and the flap was dirty, allowing air to get in and setting off a code. He showed how to clean it and explained why it sometimes happens. I was in and out in 15 minutes...Thank you Scott!”
