Price is good. Cheapest local to me. Supposed to be a secured location with gate entry you need a keyboard for but it's a 50/50 chance it's stuck open for a week at a time or someone cam walk right around the entrance. The driving area is a little unsafe as you can't see if there is another car coming around the ends. The side with the dumpster could be widened. The owner is nice but was 30min late for initial meeting to sign paperwork to get a unit and is also hard to get ahold of in case an emergency or needed for any reason.
