I get that people might be having a bad day. That said, if a customer asks to use an ink pen to fill out an address label, maybe don't legit throw the pen at said customer. And maybe just maybe try smiling and thanking your customers for their patronage. You ain't the only post office in Franklin County....

The ladies that work in the office are incredible but the people who deliver can be difficult during the winter months they sometimes skip delivering packages which can be frustrating.

The lady I speak with at the post office on the phone is lovely and very nice- let me start off my saying that. HOWEVER...the mail person delivering is a complete joke and I’ve about had it. I’ve had issues constantly with packages I feel like. “Delivery exception no access to delivery access” BULLLL! I LITERALLY WATCH THEM JUST GO BY AND NOT EVEN ATTEMPT. I HAVE EVEN SEE THEM PUT THE SLIP IN MY MAILBOX WITHOUT COMING TO MY DOOR WHEN I WAS HOME FOR NO REASON. I am extremely fed up and there needs to be something done because the service is the worst mail service I’ve had anywhere I’ve ever lived.

So I'm sitting in my living room and watching the mailman, not my everyday driver, totally not even try to stop at my mailbox. Yes there was a comcast van by the mailbox but there was room for him to get into the box, unbelievable.

Basically was told I'm a liar... Looking for mail, for a few days now, only to find out thru tracking it that it was returned because the mail carrier, 2 of them, thought the mailbox was inside the fence. I have pictures of it being outside the fence, but still she didn't want to take my word for it. Just argued for minutes about it, then she said she'll go look. Then it was difficult for her to put a stop on the mail and get it sent back to here as originally intended. They delivered here last year, last month even because junk mail is in there currently. She later drive by, then saw it outside the fence in the same spot. FedEx and UPS knew what to do, USPS never even attempted to deliver, so this get sent thru the email chain to hopefully fix this in the future.

I have a PORCH but yet my packages keep being put next to the PORCH even on rainy days ruining my packages over and over and over. Its been a year of THIS and its getting old.

I am about sick of this post office. The lady I spoke to the beg of this week was very rude. I was out of town and my mail was being sent back so I went it and she had a nasty attitude. She said she would take care of it yet my mail is still being sent back. I had stuff in those packages I can no longer get now and some that were very very important.
