The drive thru is always closed. They never have my medication in stock. So in professional on the phone and in person at the pharmacy.

The service here is so slow. Got here 5 minutes before my appointment for a booster shot. They took my id and insurance card. Then the wait started. If I had not complained at the 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start I don't know how long I would have waited. And they were not busy at all. This place sucks for service.

Been dealing with this pharmacy for 10 years now and have always been very happy with the service it has provided until recently. In the past my prescriptions were always filled within 2-4 hours after submission but, not anymore! I called in a refill over 48 hours ago and my doctor submitted a prescription for me over 28 hours ago. I just checked and none of them have been filled yet. While waiting in line I notice 2 gentlemen waiting for their prescriptions and half the people checking in were told their prescriptions were not ready and that the pharmacist was on his lunch break. I don't understand why it is now taking so long to get a prescription filled? I also don't understand how the pharmacist has time to take lunch when he can't seem to fill prescriptions at an acceptable rate to keep up with demand? I was told 4 times in 2 days that my prescriptions would be ready in two hours but, never were. When asked about this the employees at this pharmacy are had no solution but to tell me they would be ready in another 2 hours. Turns out the employees here are uncaring, unprofessional, and flat out rude. Unfortunately, this historically first-rate pharmacy has become third rate. Recommend you take your business else ware, I have.11/7 - Pam, I have done all that you requested. Submitted and email, contacted the 800 number, submitted on Facebook. No one has contacted me or seem to be interested in addressing the problem. At this point you have lost a customer (not that matters to you or Riteaid).

Three days post op...still waiting for someone to show up at this Fayetteville pharmacy so I can get my husband's pain medication. Unbelievable that another Rite Aid store can't fill this prescription. PLEASE stay away from this company so you never have to deal with a fresh post-op patient and no pain medication...heartbreaking to watch him suffering in pain.

This morning I made two CoVid vaccine booster appointments. (The website showed 26 open appointments for Fayetteville PA Rite Aid.) Upon arrival, the Pharmacist told us we did not have appointments. I said- 'We do, but if you don't have them, the website said you do walk-in boosters.' The pharmacist said "Not today". We questioned the manager who spoke with the pharmacist, then told us 'there was no pharmacist here all week so now we're trying to catch up'. We left without vaccines. Amount of time wasted for us: ~2 hours. We are RNs. The amount of time required to give 2 vaccines is MUCH LESS than the amount of time the Pharmacist spent arguing with us and with the store manager. We had terrific customer care for previous vaccines at Weis Pharmacy in Shippensburg.
