“I could complain about that it took three weeks to repair my car, for basic repairs after hitting a deer, and some lack of communication early in the process. But I’ll just take it that good bodyshops are just relatively busy.
But I’m very satisfied with the work, and they basically did a full detailing after the repair, which at least offset the pain of my deductible. Staff was pretty friendly and accommodating, and I’ll def use this team again the next time I run into deer.”

Independently buy the brake pads you want. Joe will cut your rotors and install your brake pads for an extremely fair labor-only price per axle.
As long as Joe is doing business, I'll never change pads/rotors in my own driveway again!
