The customer service has been outstanding. Purchasing a car is nerve racking, but the people at Colonial VW made me feel so much better about the process. Since the purchase, I have had a few questions, and they continue to be outstanding. Walter R, was the perfect salesman never pushing anything on me, but rather listened and helped me find the right vehicle.

Everything at Colonial VW was amazing. Our salesman, Walter, was awesome and went above and beyond to find me my perfect Atlas. The price given over the phone for the vehicle was the same price when we went in to sign papers.(not usually the case). No nickel and diming and the transaction went so smoothly. The entire staff at Colonial VW is so friendly and the big red bow was a GREAT touch. Thanks for making the car buying experience so easy.

This was the best car experience I have ever had. The car was ready when I got there. There was a red bow on it. The paperwork matched the deal that was agreed upon. The salesman was excellent as well as the sales manager. I would recommend this dealership to anyone buying a VW or Subaru.
