I absolutely love this comic shop. The owner, Dave, is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about comics, music, and older tv shows and movies. He has an equally friendly rotating staff that is also very knowledgeable and helpful (other Dave and Rich, among others). They usually have the comics, trades, or graphic novels that I'm looking for. If not, Dave is willing to order what I need. Every time I visit , it's a positive experience. A place to escape the craziness of life and go to a happy place......for 30 minutes. Then, back to the real world.

Very cool shop. Dave the Owner is a great guy who always looks out for his customers. He usually carries some very decent vintage material. You can find a lot of old comics in great condition. An all around great shop in Northeast Philadelphia.

I've been going to this comic shop for years and it is certainly my favorite. They truly do care about their customers and want to make sure they have a positive experience when u walk in. U are always greeted by the staff and if u have a question they make sure to get it answered.

My recent visit to Comic Collection & Records Too left me with mixed impressions, but overall, it's an intriguing and community-supported spot for comic enthusiasts. Dave, the store owner, is a friendly and talkative individual who clearly boasts a wealth of experience in the comic world. Engaging with him is like entering a realm of spirited discussions, even if his strong opinions can lead to some entertaining conversations. It's refreshing to find someone so passionate about their profession. The store itself is surprisingly spacious and well-kept, despite its unassuming exterior. The challenge lies in the small parking lot and slightly tricky access due to its location within a complex of other stores directly off the main road. (A minor inconvenience, considering the circumstances, but worth keeping in mind if you have a larger vehicle.) The wide array of new releases is impressive, and the collection of back issues is colossal. However, the pricing on these back issues is a letdown. Many seem overpriced for their condition. Given that all are bagged, but most are NOT boarded could be disappointing for collectors as it can affect their condition. But for true readers, this might not matter as much. One aspect that could use improvement is the organization of stock. The boxes stacked on each other and off-limits to customers detract from the shopping experience. A more organized system, placing such items in a separate area, would be ideal. Unfortunately, there are no dollar bins or bargain bins, which can be a downside for those looking for budget-friendly options. Despite all this, it is inspiring to hear that the owner has triumphed over adversity, recovering from a robbery incident to continue running what he playfully calls the "second happiest place on earth." The fact that the local community supports him speaks volumes about his character and positive impact on his customers. While this certainly isn't my primary go-to spot for comics, I'm delighted to see genuine and kind individuals like David succeeding in business and receiving the support they deserve from the community. It's a testament to the power of goodwill and shared interests. Excelsior!

Rare finds galore in this gem of a store. A little lacking on the vinyl record front, but anyone even vaguely interested in comic & pop culture will find likely find oddities & rarities to add to their collection.

Great place if u r looking for anything related to comic books, anime, scifi & everything in between. They sell some music related items too! The owner is very knowledgeable, friendly & is always willing to go the extra mile to help a customer find what they r looking for!

It's been my experience that most comic book stores absolutely STINK and sell everything except comic books, NOT this place! They have plenty of vintage back issues to choose from, which is what I mostly collect (only 10-20% of my collection is "new"). Lots of long boxes to look through and some vintage toys as well. This is my type of comic book store and I'm looking forward to another visit. My only complaint is that despite all the great long boxes to look through, I actually wished there was more to look through!
