The staff and pharmacist were so kind to me. My script was sent to another pharmacy and I needed it to be here at this address so they worked so quickly to get this issue resolved and went out their way since the other pharmacy closed.

yeah, NEVER go to this pharmacy. in the past two months they have:
• lost my special pharmacy prescription i needed that day because someone checked it in incorrectly. found it, unlabeled after making me stand there for an hour. i had to put cvs special pharmacy on speaker to tell the tech how to do her job.
• gave me someone else’s prescription, which i took 200mg of before noticing. while i usually check all my medicine before taking, i was desperate to start this one immediately due to the severity of my condition. also, wasn’t thinking that my pharmacy would give me another persons medication. thank god it was only a blood thinner, because it could have literally been anything. also, it obviously had this persons full name and address on it.
• wrote the wrong instructions on my medication. after picking up the medication i was supposed to be taking before they gave me some random man’s blood thinner, i began the dosage on the bottle and did that for a week. when updating medication at another doctors office, he said to check the dosage on what i was taking because it did not sound right. of course, it wasn’t. they completely threw off the course of my treatment.
throughout all of these experiences, i did not get even an apology. i got sonya, the rude and careless pharmacist, ignoring me to my face and making her techs take care of it. meanwhile, the techs look like deer in the headlights. can’t even give an explanation, just use up mine and my family’s time to make excuses for themselves. it’s important to find a pharmacy that cares for your well-being, and i assure you that you will not find that here.

I come to this CVS somewhat frequently for our prescriptions and usually I don’t have any issues. They are even ready when I arrive, and don’t have to wait long to get them if walking into the store. I tried drive-through couple of times and that was a big mistake. Wait is enormous, so I don’t do this anymore.
This time I also tried their same day photo service for my son’s project at school and the prints took a bit longer than pickup time provided. Also at checkout the self service stations are out of order - and they are down frequently.

I had a prescription for an antibiotic that needed filled. You were out of stock and told my husband to come back the next day. It's an antibiotic!! I needed to get started right away. YOU couldn't take the time to check your computer to see who did have it stock???? I had to call around and find out. Terrible service

The worst service I have ever experienced. There is always a problem with getting prescriptions, especially with pharmacist Sonya. Worst experience ever.

So as a single mother I came in to the cvs and Was trying to pick up diapers for my youngest. I was.
Having trouble finding them so I Asked one of the older employees whos name was Lynn. She gave me the cold shoulder and Started
Walking away from me. I followed her thinking she was going to show me where the diapers were at. After a little bit , she turned around and said That I was nagging her And told me to get out of her store and she was screaming In front of everyone and it was very embarrassing And I just left because of that. Never getting my business again Lynn, the employee is evil!!!!!!

Went there at 8:15am late for work because I needed allergy medicine. Couldn’t find anyone working. Customer service button for the product I needed I pressed 3 times. Complete waste of time. I wonder how many times their products get stolen

The Pharmacy has been revamped or retrained. The customer service is outstanding! The Pharmacists and the assistants are extremely nice. I’m glad they have turned the service around.
