I had a really great experience with Grace Auto, I see why their reviews are very good. Ronnie helped me through the whole process. He was very straightforward and honest, not pushy at all. Even when my payment was delayed due to an internet outage, they trusted that my payment was on the way, and I walked away with the car that day. Have had zero issues with the car so far, they left it super clean inside and out. Great people, great shop.

I recently purchased a used high roof cargo van from Grace Auto and couldn’t be happier with my overall experience there. Albert, my salesperson was excellent! He was very good with knowing when to be attentive and when it was time to give space. He wasn’t rushing to get the sale and took the time to find what I was asking for that stayed within my budget. He was open and upfront front start to finish. I want to thank you for the great experience and as I said before, I will be back!

This was my first time dealing with Grace Auto and also buying a car that was found through car gurus. Making a purchase over the phone, and buying a car without seeing it in real life was terrifying but Charles calmed my fears, he and the rest of the team at Grace were professional and prompt with answering questions and returning phone calls, truly a pleasure to work with them! .... the car arrived and we were very satisfied with the condition and prompt delivery! And not to mention the price was reasonable and the financing was easy to get! 5 stars and 2 👍👍

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Grace Auto Group has been frustrating enough that I feel it’s worth sharing.
When I first came to buy my vehicle, the listed price was $28,000, but when it came time to check out, they suddenly added about $2,000 in extra charges, claiming random reasons that made little sense and saying things like they “weren’t making much off the sale.” It felt misleading and unprofessional, but I moved forward hoping their service would make up for it — unfortunately, it only got worse.
Shortly after purchasing, my tire pressure light came on. I was told I could come in early for service and was also promised a full tank of gas since the car was sold to me empty. When I brought it in, they took my car for three hours, drove it twice, and still didn’t fill the tank as promised. While waiting, I noticed several nails scattered around the parking area, which made me question whether that might have been the cause of the tire issue in the first place.
The light was supposedly fixed after replacing the tire sensor, but a month later, the exact same issue came back. I took my car to Thompson Toyota, where they found the same front-left sensor broken off inside the wheel. They also told me that Grace Auto had used an aftermarket part instead of a proper replacement. On top of that, they noted other concerns like battery corrosion and dark brake fluid — which weren’t mentioned at all during my service at Grace.
It’s extremely disappointing to know that I paid for a repair that wasn’t done correctly, and now I’m paying out of pocket again to fix something that should have been resolved the first time. Between the unfulfilled promises, poor workmanship, and overall lack of reliability, I strongly would not recommend Grace Auto Group to anyone.

I had a great experience with Albrrt and his staff. He was up front about everything right out of the gate. Albert and staff are very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and don't waste your time. I was able to complete most of it on line and will be back early next year to add another van to our fleet. They even through in racks and bins to make me a very satisfied customer.
