Staff is extremely unhappy at all the time. Every time you come in, they school you on how to wrap a package and encourage you to use automated scanning instead of helping in person. I feel like I bought a lottery, you never know either they will accept your package or not. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to me in order to ship packages via UPS and every time I feel like they are doing me a favor by service my shipping needs. I think it should be vise versa. There is always UPS right or other shipping options.

been here recently to pick up packages weighing 80lbs. DJ, the counter woman advised me about how they cant help lift which I already know and understand. She is a sweet person tho people think she's rude, she's just straight to the point and direct. i stayed there for a good 15 mins and observed how she talks to customers and she was really helpful not the typical sweet rep but not rude. number of times she said thank you and helped direct customer to the self checkin counter. she's misunderstood but a sweet woman overall. i like her despite what the negative comments say about her

When I first went to this Feasterville location I was met with a totally sweet and friendly guy who kindly helped me as a first time FedEx customer, gave me a bunch of plastic wrappers for future packages, had a totally pleasant and friendly attitude. The next time I was greeted by this woman. I witnessed firsthand how she insulted another customer, and then she continued to talk to me in a completely condescending way. Third time I went in here I had the misfortune to meet her again and she rolled her eyes when I asked her a question. This woman is obviously unhappy. She needs to be either FIRED immediately as at her late age most people have learned how to talk to other people normally by now, or at the very least go through a baby-level customer training program. I vote for the first option.

No stars, horrible customer service. A lady in the desk was so rude and unhelpful and wanted a drivers license for a domestic package, when I asked a question she went and called a manager. Similar to another customer who gave one star here. She directed to ups store nearby as they will not ask license. Are you a sales person for fedex or ups store..? I will not go back here.

I asked for overnight delivery on Friday at 11 am and clerk told me it will be delisted overnight by 2 pm. I was very happy, it cost me $122.00 however he do not mentioned to me that FedEx do not deliver on a Saturday and Sunday and Monday, unfortunately for me , holiday so my overnight delivery is going to be four day delivery why I pay $120 I can pay regular delivery. It will be same time. FedEx just wants your money they don’t care about customers.

Today, Saturday, May 4, 2024 around 10:20 am I visit this store and believe me, I was surprised. The truth is that I don't know what to think, is it true that to make an estimate for a shipment you have to hand over your driver's license? Which is the point, but the most interesting thing is that the lady with her terrible attitude recommended that I go to UPS since they did not need identification to carry out any process. If you are allergic to people, or you don't want or don't like working with clients, then you stay at home or look for a job in the desert(I recommend Sahara Desert)

This was my second visit like others in this reviews, and I met with the same lady again, She was so rude, unprofessional, and kind of racist as well, is the same girl that somebody post a picture of her in a review, i think her name is "DJ" i don't understand why she so rude always. I dont like the way she talk to me.
