I purchased an item from Timothy at Fortrove that I should have loved, but unfortunately didn't. Timothy accepted the return no problem and helped to organise the return postage by providing me with a shipping label. Refund was sent quickly once the item had arrived back. 5 star, trustworthy service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I purchased a pair of hoop earrings. Timothy was very helpful and always professional. The earrings are as beautiful as expected . I was considering returning them for a short while and Timothy had no problem in my returning them if I wished to do so. It did take a week after my wire cleared to get the earrings. I would do business with this group again without hesitation. Everything went as planned. I look forward to purchasing more lovely things from Fortrove.

I have the honor of acquiring a vintage 1970s, oversized Cartier pendant from Fortrove. It is truly one of a kind. This is one instance where pictures did not do the piece justice. It was not until I saw a video on this pendant that I realized how special this piece of jewelry really was/is. I had been on the fence about this piece for a long time, however after seeing the video, and doing my own research (which again validated the uniqueness of this piece), I made the decision to acquire it. When I received it, I was truly impressed- even the video did not truly represent the craftsmanship of this pendant. My thanks to Timothy for working with me to add this to my, or should I say, my wife’s collection. It will truly be a cherished piece for years to come.
