Ron and his team are amazingly responsive. They go out of their way to find the right insurance fit for your budget and coverage needs. Ron is extremely knowledgeable about all of the options in the Medicare landscape and will not steer you wrong! If you're frustrated or confused - he's your guy!
Adding to this review several months later - Ron's saved me literally thousands of dollars a year across insurance types. Service is fast and he makes you feel like you're the only customer despite having hundreds of people needing his help at the same time. So grateful for his help!

I met on the phone with Ron who helped me find an affordable health insurance for myself. I just retired and not being eligible for medicare yet made it difficult to find a good plan on my own. Ron showed to be very knowledgeable and patient taking my information and recommending the best for my situation. I give 5 stars. I appreciate your help.

Faye helped my wife and I select our Medicare supplements and prescription plans, taking a complicated field of possible selections and based on our individual needs steered us in to what we feel are the right plans for us. Couldn't have done it without her.

I had a great experience with Fay Hyman at Insurance Shops. She helped me switch to a new Medicare supplement policy, walking me through the forms and submitting them for me. I got my new card less than a week later! It would have taken me much longer to do this on my own, and Fay was very ptofessional and easy to talk to. Both my husband and I have been grateful for her help when we first signed up for Medicare, as well.
