I wanted both Pedi & Mani . The pedicure was purely messy & when she started doing my mani i could clearly see where it was heading . I politely asked for someone else but the man ( probably the owner) was very rude & said no one else is available and started blabbering in his native language . I politely paid for my pedi , added my tip & left . Started using Glamnetic , probably will stick to it moving forward .

I used to love to this nail salon. But today, was the last time. Me and my daughter went to this nail salon. When I went to pay, the lady came up to my daughter and said is there is something wrong no tip that is the last time I will go there. I will go there and I love to bring my girls there. It’s such a shame I am in the industry. I would never ask for a tip.

I’ve been getting my regular pedicures at Love Nails on Bustleton Av for the past two years, and I absolutely love this place! The girls (make sure you have girls to do your pedicure) here are amazing—so kind, professional, and attentive. My favorite part is the relaxing foot massage with hot stones and hot towels—it’s such a treat every time.
When I had my baby, I was still able to come in, and the girls were so sweet—they would help keep my baby entertained so I could actually enjoy a bit of self-care.
I also love the wide selection of nail polish and the comfy chairs with built-in shoulder massage—such a nice touch! Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and relaxing experience.

This place was horrible. My mom and I went for pedicures around 5:30pm and Mindy did my moms. She was so fast barely massaged her and it was not crowded in there. My girl did a good job and gave me a full massage. Mindy rushed my mom so fast took her to the dryer and asked her to pay. There's no one to talk to about the service the guy at the front just sit there and watches his show. He does not care what service you get. Will never be back.

I love getting my nails done here. Mindy does an amazing job. My nails always look great. I always feel welcome by everyone. Prices are reasonable, and I can always make an appointment. I won't go anyplace where I can't make an appointment.
Cleanliness: Salon is very clean. The front of the house and the pedicure area. I am never concerned about infection when getting services.

I can recommend . It is a neighborhood place for me. I love coming here. Always great service. Just east with or without appointment.
Requested style: I come here regularly. You can ask for all kind of styles and they will let you know.

My most recent visit here was very disappointing. I had a pedicure and nail refill. The lady that did my pedicure didn't get any of the dry or dead skin off my feet so I feel like I wasted my money. I feel like she rushed through it. The lady that did my nail refill was very rude. I asked for a french and instead she just painted the whole nail. Was rough with my hands practically throwing them out the way. Shoving and grabbing my hands. Like excuse me? Then injured my finger which really hurt. She definitely acted like she didn't want to be there. It's ashame because the last time I went I had a great experience with 2 different people that were super nice and took the time to do a great pedi and mani. I guess I just popped in at the wrong time.

I haven’t gotten my nails done in a long time and I have never done powder before. Usually I have a good experience when I come, but not this time. I got a pedicure and a dip powder French manicure. The first photo is what I asked for and the other photos is what I left with. I liked the length but aside from that the nails were thick and bulky. I got cut on three of my finger nails and one cut on my big toe. I was most disappointed with my nails because I told them it was my first time and there was no guidance on what I preferred. Had I known the process I could’ve told her to change the shape or shave it down more, or to paint closer to the cuticle. Most technicians ask if I like it at the end but I think she knew I didn’t and kept quiet. For some reason the nails on my right hand are thicker and wider than my left. Unfortunately I left really disappointed, didn’t get what I asked for, cuts, and my hands are burning.
Update: Barely a week has passed and two of my nails fell off already. Supposed to last 2-3 weeks.

I wouldn’t return. They charge me $15 just to remove my nails. Any other salon it’s included in your service. Dip is horrible, French is painted on sloppy and uneven.

Painting nails is not that hard however the pedicure is a damn hard job to do it right. A good pedicure is NOT only painting the toe nails it's to get rid of the dead skin over your fit & that's where they fail. You need to feel the toes, slide your fingers around each toe nail. Poor, very poor job. The manicure was not perfect but way better. I think this experience was not to my standards - ones & done. I will search for a better place.

My daughter came here with her friends to get her nails done. She was going to pay with her debit card and they said they can only accept tips in cash, which I understand, and is pretty standard. So I Venmo’d them the tip, at which point they told my daughter she would have to Venmo for her entire cost, because they can’t do it separately. This is clearly not true. The Venmo/tip is entirely separate from the charge for services. They insisted this was the only way it could be done, and my daughter, who is only 13, was getting nervous so I paid through Venmo for the entire appointment. Not actually being there in person, I couldn’t get a real explanation, but something is not right with this place.

Always get the spa pedicure. Never had issues they are very kinda. Fast and really take there time when needed .
