I haven’t order from Primo Hoagies in a long time, so I decided to order from this location. The order was made on time, as promised and I did not have to wait for it. The location looked clean and not crowded. The person at the register was nice and polite. But, there is always a but ?, my sandwich was supposed to be spicy with sharp provolone cheese. Instead my sandwich was not spicy and had some other cheese. It was still good, but not exactly what I ordered and expected.

This location is nice and clean. Never had a problem. Food is always fresh and tasty. The workers go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with the service.

My order has been wrong the last 3 times I've been here. It's not even worth going back and trying to get them to fix it. I'll just stop going.

Try a different location if you like primos.....looks like ownership has changed recently. Very hard to communicate over the phone with there language barrier. Also looks like management tells the workers to go easy on the produce, condiments, toppings and dressings. I couldnt even tell there was any mayo vinegar oil seasoning lettece tomato onions on my sandwich. My other sandwich ordered was a schwartzie with almost no dressing and only about half a spoonful worth of Cole slaw. I get the cost of things are getting out of hand these days. But let me remind you this corporation has highered prices many times the past 2 years. Shouldn't be going "easy" on anything I order for my sandwich....espically when I paid 16$ per hoagie here and felt like I was cheated. For a $16 dollar hoagie I wanna feel like I can't even finish the sandwich it's so packed. Not anymore those days were years ago with primos. I am beginning to think a 5$ wawa hoagie isn't so gross anymore after primos prices and there new quality standards. Wawa is gaining on primos over the past couple years. Yeah there not very good but there edible and cheap. Primos is very good but the quality and quantity is less and less every few months. My personal favorite in the neighborhood is Jersey mikes and village pantry. Give them a try you won't be disappointed

I love their hoagies! Unfortunately it depends on management whether you get a real Primo (lots of meat) or I guess they're trying to save money. The Primo in Trevose is under new management. They are doing a great job!

The worst Primos in the entire Philadelphia area. Since they opened the store they have been skimping on meat. Sometimes not even using Thurmans meats. Just grabbed two Sammies for me and the wife. She got a turkey Shwartzy and it had 0 Cole slaw on n it. They literally swiped the sandwich with whatever was left at the bottom of the cole slaw container lol the sandwich had 0 cole slaw on it. This owner had been consistently horrible for at least 10 yrs. The franchise needs to shut them down. It is a disgrace and btw 2 Sammies cost almost $35. Absolute disgrace. Do not spent your money at this store. I live in the neighborhood and have been disappointed by this store for to long pull their license and shut them down

★★★★★ (5/5)I recently visited the primo hoagie store at Trevose, which seems to be under new management, and I must say, the experience was fantastic! The changes they've made have elevated the entire dining experience. The hoagies are now even more flavorful and generous in portion size. The new management team is incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every customer feels welcome and satisfied. The fresh ingredients and quality meats truly make a difference. I can confidently say that this is now my go-to spot for delicious hoagies. If you haven't been since the management change, you're in for a treat! Highly recommended!Vegetarian options: Loved the milano.Wheelchair accessibility: Loved how I could also bring my grandma with me.

Great Hoagies but the pickles in the barrel are so hard skinned you can’t eat them unless you peel them. Throw them out and get new ones. Waste of my money.

Everything about Feasterville PrimoHoagies is 5 star.Of course the hoagies are the delicious and the store is super clean but the staff are friendly & helpful. Need a correction on my order that I placed online and Dana came to my rescue. She was patient, kind and really went out of her way to resolve my mistake.Thank you Dana and Feasterville PrimoHoagies!

Not enough staff. One person running around. One person cutting meat. One person making partial sandwiches.

Always loved Primo's, but a bad experience is all it takes. Mobile order with set time. Went in and order wasn't even started (employees were not actively working), made to wait and not even an acknowledgement of the error. Learned my lesson of never tipping ahead of time again. Gladly there are other Primo's in the area to give my business to.
