I have never written a bad review, but I come to this T-Mobile regularly because it’s the only one in this area, and the staff here talks to everyone as if we’re BOTHERING them. My fiancé and I went in there and Andrew was extremely rude. My fiancé was confused and Andrew said “I don’t know what to tell you”. This will be the last month we’ll be having service with T-Mobile after 10+ years.

I was at this T-mobile store to return the 5G Gateway. The Asian employee treated me very rudely, he looked at his phone while talking to me. I wish that it was busy when I was there, but nobody was there. He just did not want me there, I guess. I hope that the manager can do a better job to keep him working rather than staying “IN” his phone.

I went to the store today because my phone was iCloud blocked and the back was completely damaged. I went to apple and I called assurance they both act like they couldn’t help me ! They suck and are super ignorant.But the Yaislyn helped me so much . She was able to guide me on how to unblock my iCloud and place a claim for my phone online . I will definitely go back to see her when I need help

There very rude there customer service is terrible .I highly suggest the Bensalem location .every one there is supper helpful i have been going there for a about year no I haven't stepped foot in the Bensalem one In a very long time

Went to this store to set up a business account. The business person there, George, tried his best to get me set up. Customer care/business care SUCK at T mobile. No one available at answer your questions, on the phone for an hour minimum on hold because everything goes through nonbusiness care and they make you wait on hold for the business. I bought the phones to use through their dialpad service (which is a disaster) and ended up cancelling everything, internet and phones. Got confirmation of cancellation. 2 months later I get a bill, no access to my account to anymore so I have to go in store to verify my identity. It’s been the worst experience of my business career working with this company. I do NOT recommend it to anyone, Comcast customer support is better than this and everyone local knows that’s saying something.

Customer service representative Natalie very rude, do not like to assist us in the store with name change told us the only thing she can do is verify my name then I have to call main customer service number to made changes myself. Why she is there ? In store ? Worst service ever and I want to add internet connection as well, now I will go to Verizon and take my account there as well.

If I could give negative stars I would I’ve been with T-Mobile for decades but the attitude in this store is appalling. The employees have an attitude the minute you walk in, I had to triple check that this is a real store and not authorized. Pure ignorance you would think this is a Saturday night live sketch making fun of cardi b working in a phone store. T-Mobile needs to do better and see what is happening in your store I will never be back

Always an issue with this store. My replacement phone was shipped here but the non-present manager NICOLE refused to accept phone via phone call with associate even though corporate processed replacement. This store has arrogant and lazy employees. The associate INEZ called the police because she accussed me of taking a picture of her while I was on phone with Tmoblie customer care in their store. This store is a joke.

If you ever have an issue, question, purchase, or all of the above visit this store and ask for Talisha. I came in with a bill issue that I have been trying to get settled for months. I came in and explained the situation (for the 10th time even though care said they notated my account) and she not only fixed it, she HEARD me! She listened, apologized, and was able to talk to care to get my issue fixed. I also had a few questions about my phone. She took her time and made sure all of my concerns were addressed, this store isn't always the most patient when it comes to that. Thank you Talisha!

That store is very, very rude and will not go there again. I am a customer and picked up a home internet that was used and doesn't work right not to mention dirty when I picked it up. They do not smile and only interested in money, not to mention they only set you up with products that they can make the most money.
