Stopped by sept 2025 to make a payment and explained what upset me last time I had been in an spoke with the owner John who 100% understood why I was upset and apologized and has done what needs to to help resolve my problem. I really appreciate what he said - communication is key and some how communication got lost and he apologized and things have been changed. Very happy they have yet again found my problem with a leak and ordered parts an doing their best to get it done in timely fashion as they do have other customers and we all have to be a little patient as sometimes parts take time to get or just to get a apart in or out of a car can be time consuming.

“We recently rented a trailer and encountered some issues with the lighting system. Penske’s support team responded promptly, dispatching a technician for roadside assistance within the hour. Although the issue couldn’t be resolved on-site, we were directed to the in-house workshop, where the technicians quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem—getting us back on the road in under an hour.
We’d like to extend our sincere appreciation to the dedicated employees and the supervisor who work tirelessly to keep the shop running smoothly. Their professionalism and commitment truly deserve recognition—and a well-earned shout-out.”
“The only place my business will rent trucks from. We’re a busy food business and Tibin has gone above and beyond to secure us trucks when needed (we specifically needed reefer trucks and ones with lift gates) which have been difficult with other providers during “black outs” where certain trucks have been hard to source.”
“I went to this location to reserve a truck for my move and I was very happy with my experience. It was my first time using the mobile pick up service and although the app didn’t register it as a mobile pick up but a in store pick up, the staff was super friendly and assisted me with a smooth transition. The truck was clean and well kept and they walked me through the whole process. I would come to this location again :)”

“My neighborhood U-Haul is a great place to rent trucks, vans and moving equipment and they always have what I need. It is very easy to make a reservation online or the telephone and check out is less than 10 minutes. Their low prices make it very easy for low-income people too.”

“I recently rented a cargo van from this location to move a china cabinet from point A to point B. The process couldn't have been any easier. Under 10 min check out process with a major debit/credit card and off we went in a brand new van with just over 6K miles. Van was easy to drive, clean and with plenty of cargo room 9' in the back. Furniture pads, dolly's and hand trucks are also available to rent at a modest fee. I returned the van later that day. Check in was even easier. Drove right up and was met by an employee who took receipt of vehicle while logging in fuel level, mileage and quick check for damage. Whole cost was $114 which included various city/state rental fees, mileage, insurance and $15 for refuel. I drove a total of 82 miles. I was packaged at a base rate of $89.99 which included 100 miles. This was a way cheaper option than the advertised $19.95 a day which doesn't mention $.99 a mile. Get the insurance for $10 which makes you only responsible for a $150 deductible should the need arise as opposed to the $500 deductible that comes along with my auto insurance. Overall, I have to give this a 5 star experience!!!”
