The Worst USPS Experience I've Ever Had – Truly Disappointing
I visited this USPS office today and had one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever encountered with postal services.
What I experienced was a combination of unprofessional conduct, unnecessary delays, and extremely poor customer service. The staff showed little to no courtesy, and I felt more like a burden than a customer. There was no willingness to assist, no empathy, and no professionalism whatsoever.
Because this happened today, I urge USPS management to review the schedule and identify which employee was handling customers at that time. This could help hold the responsible staff member accountable and prevent future incidents.
From an organization like USPS, I expected a much higher standard of service. Instead, I left the office not just disappointed — but genuinely upset.
In the future, I’ll gladly drive an extra hour if needed just to avoid dealing with this office again. I will not return.
I sincerely hope USPS takes this seriously and invests in proper staff training. Customers deserve respect, professionalism, and efficient service.

Today 08/05 I visted this usps office and if I were able to give this below zero stars I would, the service is absolutely trash the employees are not helpfule at all and act like they are being forced to watch paint dry, and it's not a coincidence that this happened, every time I go there to return anything the same trash happens, I would rather just keep the item and pay 10x it's price instead of returning something here any day of the week. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I don’t know who was working the front desk today, but she must’ve had a bad experience before I got there. Either that, or she’s just a really nasty lady. She argued with me over telling me something she didn’t, and then yelled at the next customer because he couldn’t follow her instructions on which blue box she was referring to. She must have job security.

Love this post office. The staff is always so kind and hardworking. It's easy to get to. Busy, but never overcrowded, and anything I send from there actually gets to its destination.

Today is Monday June 19th, as of google and the business hours on the front door, it suppose to open at 8:30 am, now it is 10:00 am and still closed.

My package has been in transit for days it was close to me, but then it got moved further, like what the heck. I have important things in there for tomorrow. I understand that their closed on Sundays, but I should be able to go and pick it up right. If I don't get my package by tomorrow I'm going to be very mad and upset this is the first time that this has happened they were all always on time don't know what happened ? ? ???

Staff totally misled me. Told me if a package doesn’t get delivered the next day. I will get a refund since I paid for one day delivery. The package was not delivered the next day. When I came in to get my refund, they told me I wasn’t eligible, period.

The employees here are very personable and professional. It can get really busy and slow at times but it’s still my go to post office.

Don't know how their staffing/dispatch works. But every package I have shipped from here, comes days late with a notice that "they can't reach the destination" or my mailbox is blocked, to detract from the fact that they never showed up. Place is an absolute mess, but what do you expect, it's the government.

Please do yourself a favor if you can do anything online and avoid going to this location it would be your best bet because the ladies are very slow there and I'm not sure they're used to volume there's always 10 people online and it takes 40 minutes mark my words
