Been coming here regularly for some time now. But recently everytime I come in to get hot chocolate, it’s been coming out cold. I’m not sure if it’s because the machine you guys are using is broken or something else.

I want to highlight the cashier Arthur. I thank him very much for his upbringing and manner of communication. I haven’t heard such a highly intelligent manner of communication for a very long time, only from films of the 80s-90s.
