Every opportunity this company has to screw me over by denying claims or refusing services they jump to the front of the line with pride. This company and all it's associates needs to be be forced out of the medical insurance business. Their is no excuse to risk a patients life.scum of the earth!!!!

It is a unreliable insurance that I had to take through my employer. I finally gave up after following up for a claim for more than 7 months. They would never honor the out of network claims. They do not have good network either. Very high premium with high copay and poor network coverage!!!

I had my insurance through wellnet. I went to doctor appointment on 08/29 my doctor office called well net benefits they mentioned I have coverage and approved my doctor appointment. I got a bill from doctor office stating that wellnet rejecting claim saying I don't have coverage. If I don't have coverage why wellnet said I have coverage. This company is a trash and making false statements and I have to pay out of pocket of $2000 in claims. No proper communication between them and cobra administration and I become a scapegoat.if they deny my appointment stating that I don't have coverage I would not have go.

This is the worst insurance company I've had. They don't review prior authorizations for weeks and then refuse to give out information on how to me or my doctorUpdate: A case manager contacted me after seeing the review and listening to my recorded calls. She contacted me and did not stop until the issue was resolved and coached the representatives appropriately. I changed to 5 stars in appreciation for caring and putting in a genuine effort.
