The ladies were so welcoming and had everything put together quickly for us as soon as we arrived. I don't know how I didn't know about this place sooner. “I love this pharmacy! They deliver your medicine right to your door, are very friendly and knowledgeable! They also have amazing customer service and actually care! Tonight my daughter had an ear infection and her meds were called in at 6:30pm. With the pharmacy closing at 7pm I didn't think I would be able pick up her meds tonight. But I called and they told me to come right down! They even ran it right out to my car so I didn't have to drag my sick kid inside! I am forever appreciative and will always be a loyal customer!”

“Wonderful mom and pop pharmacy, I always try to support family businesses before big chains and go here anytime I need my medical supplies or anything health related. Think the male pharmacist is the owner? Always super accommodating and nice. Also the 2 lady's that work the register are always super nice and just adorable. They sell the best chocolate in there, at the register and always let me know when the carmels are coming in. ?❤ just all around great and wholesome service!”

“I originally purchased my CPAP through MedCare. When trying to re-order a mask they couldn't even tell me what I had been provided. They unfortunately couldn't help me unless I drove 90 minutes to their offices. So, I called Westbrook Rx and they were able to determine what I needed based on the brand name & a description of the mask. The new mask was reasonably priced and arrived in 2 days. They were so very helpful!”

“This rite aid seems newly renovated. The parking lot is large and it is at the corner of a big intersection.The inside is bright and very well stocked. It's a decently sized rite aid and they have a big pharmacy in the back of the store. The bathroom is locked and you need to ask for the key at the check out area.The clerks were very friendly and helpful.Good selection of feminine products and makeup.”

I ask for them specifically and I'd highly recommend anyone calling in for assistance ask for them as well! They are very knowledgeable and know how to get things done. “I was diagnosed with something that required me to start my medication same day. I went to my normal pharmacy, only to be told they no longer, after 7 years, accept my insurance. Told me all of my medications would be $200 after Good RX discounts. I left, called Medicine Shoppe to see if they accepted my insurance, half an hour before they closed, and they did. I called the provider, had them switch my medications to them. I fully expected to have to pick up next day. In 15 minutes, this pharmacy had my prescriptions filled, and ready for pickup. They went above and beyond half an hour before closing time to ensure my health was taken care of. They have earned themselves a customer after all of this. Every pharmacist I have spoken to (I called them once before to see if they would have a medication my husband needed) has been so helpful, explanatory, and kind. It’s not often that you find this level of customer service.”

“I had to switch to CVS Pharmacy after my health insurance started charging extra for Rite Aid prescriptions. I was a little bit reluctant but a year later, I have to say this CVS has exceeded all of my expectations and saved the day on several occasions! I am traveling out of the country and needed to get my flu shot as well as Hep A vaccine. I traveled all over the South Hills at several different urgent care centers and called around to PCPs to try to get an ASAP appointment. I had no luck. I found one place that was going to charge me an arm and a leg & didn't take insurance, and I was about to give in to that ripoff. I basically gave up on trying, then on my way home I stopped by CVS at almost 8:00 in the evening to pick up my prescription and get a quick flu shot, and there on the counter was a flyer for Hep A vaccine. I COULDNT BELIEVE IT! They ran my insurance and I was able to get both the flu shot and Hep A at no cost. I cannot thank them enough (though I thanked them a hundred times while I was there) because they truly came through for me when I had no hope!!! [just an FYI - I do not know if they always carry this vaccine or not, so don't quote me on that. they just happened to have it available when I went! They do however have the flu shot and it is done right there at the pharmacy. Quick and easy]. Because they truly saved the day for me, I had to go on Yelp and write a review. This location is top notch and they make everything so easy. I will continue to give them my business because they have earned it. I also signed up for text messages, so they let me know my prescription is ready. If I forget for a couple of days, they'll send another with an expiration on when they will be returning my prescription to the shelf. I can appreciate this extra step because sometimes life just gets so busy you forget to do little (but very important) things like this! I love the pharmacy drive thru- they are open late and I am able to swing by and pick up the prescription in seconds. When I venture into the store for prescription pick up and/or browsing, I'm always able to snag a few things on sale or clearance that saves me a trip to the grocery store! I don't care about the other reviews, or that this is a huge corporation, they have earned my business and my trust! Thank you CVS West Liberty Ave for making my life just a little bit easier!”

“When Eckerd and Rite Aid merged, I had a bunch of Rite Aids near my home.A year or so ago, my Rite Aid was closed and I moved to one of the other close Rite Aids. This one is a stand alone with a drive through.The personalization just isn't there. They make the same mistakes with my name and even when I call, they don't see it. This doesn't include the pharmacist who has post it notes about the issue all over, but it still happens.”

“The 5 stars I am giving for this review is by far because of the Bakery. They never disappoint with their cakes and they are so affordable and good. I love cookie cake and they have a double layered cookie cake. You can order these ahead of time and pick the colors of your icing, or you can even look at their look book online and get a picture on your cake. The prices are great too. The picture of the cake was only $18. It looked cute and was very reasonable in price. I will continue to recommend the bakery to anyone who has a Sam's membership.”

“I have been using this pharmacy for 6 years. They have never once made a mistake with my prescriptions and I take 13 medications a day plus 2 types of insulin. The technicians are very nice and extremely helpful. They answer all my questions and concerns. I’ve received my flu shots and vaccines here usually administered by Eric the Manager who is also very helpful and knowledgeable. The pharmacy is very clean, neat & organized. The drive through is very efficient though the new signature machine is a bit awkward because everything is left handed. I’ve been suggested other pharmacies but I’m not leaving a place I literally trust with my life.”
