She explained what I should do and gave me the details on the paper that I needed. Today, I called and she answered. She reviewed my email order and said she would work it. Thirty minutes later, she called to tell me my order was complete. We need more stars like India in the service industry.”

Sometimes you’re lucky to get a glance from employees let alone courteous service. “I don't get some of the reviews here, people seem to complain about the most petty things. They've always been good to me. I've had a couple issues or missing items across the years but they were always helpful in finding them and everything typically got resolved. I stick with USPS because even if the prices have gone up, the price still can't be beat from competitors in most cases. Thank you!”
