This is more towards the delivery postman...terrible at their job! I keep receiving pink slips that certified mail can not be delivered because no one is home to sign, well I am home every day and the mail man never comes to my door to try to deliver my certified mail and get me to sign!! Yes I live down a small dirt road off the main road but that is their job!!! They drive down a long driveway to deliver certified mail do they not? So why not drive 5 seconds down to my house to deliver my certified letter? So now I have to drive 10 to 15 minutes to the post office to pick up certified letters! Also, a few months ago, the mail deliverer also broke my mailbox (the box would now fall off the post) and then stopped delivering my mail because when we would put it back on the post til I was able to get the right screws and tolls to fix it, he would close the box so hard that he would push it right back off the post. So had to keep going to the post office then to grab my mail and packages. Very disappointing that i need to go out of my way numerous times because they are not capable of doing their job!! This post office needs to find a new mail carrier!! Have seen other reviews complaining of this mail carrier also.

The worst service available. Maybe the post office should be privatized. They do NOT answer calls to the local phone number. Carrier will not pick up mail delivered by mistake that is left in box. The only way to report is to go through numerous USPS prompts via their 800 number, then email them my issue because there is NO longer a HUMAN out there to answer the phones.

Mail delivery person should be fired. How someone so lazy gets a job is beyond me. If they have to get out of the vehicle, they will make up some lie as an exception so they don’t have to get out of the vehicle. Truly sad.

Horrible whoever my mail carrier is marks my package as undeliverable due to random reasons before they ever leave the post office. I will get a no secure location notification at 7 in the morning when the carrier hasnt even left the post office. Then i fill out the reschedule delivery card and put up my little mailbox flag and they jusy leave it in the mail box. On the date the delivery was supposed to be rescheduled for i was cutting my grass and saw the postal carrier leave mail but no package.

It would help if they were ever open when people who have jobs could get there. But it seems they only cater to retirees and unemployed people. Even getting access to a PO Box is nearly impossible, and you have to take time off from work if you get a little card that you have to see someone to pick up.

Most incompetent office, period. Constantly get mail delivered for the wrong person. They ignore "do not bend" and just stuff away. When a complaint is delivered, the office manager just laughs it off.
