Shelley has been the only person i have let cut my hair for as long as I can remember but everyone there is great! They are quick to get you in if you need an appointment quickly, you prepay for your next appt. Everyone is super friendly! The ladies do great hair! I highly recommend this place! They are not overpriced like other places! They do just about everything hair wise including extensions, perms, coloring, highlights etc. You need an updo, going from long to short.. short to long, no problem They have you covered! I'll say this.. I'm super picky about my haircut because I keep it short all around but a bit chunkier in places in the front with my bangs longer and blended in.. Shelley has never once complained about my pickiness, after about 20 years she's used to it lol! My hair is super thick and she thins it out to my liking! All the ladies are super friendly! I won't go anywhere else, even though gas is what it is and this place is a good 30 minutes from me, it's worth it!

Been going to Tangled Up for a few years now and my family and I won't go anywhere else. The ower and staff are just so wonderful. They really listen to what you like and they do your hair just right.

My mother in law doesn’t speak much English but Shelley did not let that get in the way of making her feel special and cutting and highlighting her hair just the way she wanted. She was so comfortable and relaxed that she dozed off a couple times! She is beyond happy with it. Thank you again! You girls are the best!

I love getting my hair done here the bartenders are nice and there is rarely any mess up and iff there is a mess up they fix it best salon ever!!!

Was up in Richland and went to a few different salons to get my hair cut. They all said they couldn’t do it until way later in the day, while they had girls outside smoking. I called tangled up and they got me in that same day, cut my hair, did my eyebrows, and took me earlier than my appt. I will definitely go back to them

Erica does an amazing job. She listens to what you want. She has done my hair for years from color, extensions, or just a hair cut. Everyone is very nice, and polite. She works with my crazy schedule. Cheyenne did my daughters hair for the first time and she was also wonderful to work with! I highly recommend tangled up! (Picture of my daughters hair).

Been here a few times most of the time I had a good experience. The hours listed on the window say they open at 9 when I went there I got there at 915 nobody to be found waited till about 950 still nobody I left to get a drink and came back was about 10 and it was open. They do take walk ins but there was only 1 lady working so she said she would have to make me an appointment for the afternoon. So not sure what's going on with the hour thing or why there is only one person at times. I get things happen in life will give the place the benefit of the doubt this time because like I said most times I have had good friendly experiences. The lady's have always been friendly. Hope to see some improvement and will definitely rate higher.
