Great place to live as long as you're okay with manager of the poa Tom fining you for children's toys (garbage as he claims them to be) and better make sure he personally sees you move your vehicles around your driveway or you'll be fined for that too. The board doesn't actually investigate bullcrap and they fail to reply to appeals for fines bc they're desperate for money since board members are exempt from dues guess higher status means they don't pay must be nice

Amazing looking place but the staff that live in the camp are some of the most unprofessional employees I've ever witnessed. There is never an excuse to get violent and we've had numerous issues to the point we've decided to leave only a year after getting the place. Place has potential just isn't a very calm environment like you'd amagine. Better not happen again before we leave or the cops are gonna have to get involved.

I really enjoyed my time living there. There are fun group activities, I really liked the swim aerobics.Be warned when it snows you're not leaving and when the plow does come it'll most likely lock you into your driveway haha. Also the HOA can be rather picky.

Fun place to live, camp and get back to nature. If your looking for good old fashion get togethers This is it! The people are friendly and welcoming. The office staff are kind , friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star. Some of the rules that are enforced come across pushey and kind of rude. Considering we are a group of land owners. Of course there is the water bill that has to be paid rather you it or not and it have very high fees. However the water co. Staff is very friendly as well.
