I had a wonderful experience with Caliper Collision in Flourtown recently when they provided bodywork for my car. Each time I needed to contact them, my call was answered by a live person who was able to take care of my question or issue. The repair work was excellent. On top of that, they offer valet service, which I was particularly happy about as at the time I was unable to retrieve the car myself. Everyone I dealt with there was professional and polite. It was such a pleasant change from so many recent experiences of dealing with a service provider.

Had 4 stringer nails deep into sidewall of tire, i was able to get to Caliber Collision and Don Houck was able to get me all set up to have my tire replaced. The staff was very professional and they were super fast.

My experience with Caliber Collision in Flourtown, PA was outstanding. Everybody I interacted with was courteous, professional, and responsive. They kept me updated about the progress of the work and it was completed sooner than promised. The repair looks just like new. I would absolutely recommend Caliber Collision of Flourtown to anybody requiring collision repair service.

Both NATIONWIDE and Caliber were both lousy. The estimator at Caliber told me bumpers cannot be repaired they need to be replaced. My bumper was not replaced because NATIONWIDE REFUSED To REPlace my bumper. As a result Caliber repaired my bumper because NATIONWIDE said so. Clearly NATIONWIDE IS NOT ON MY SIDE. It is not okay to lie to a customer. Insurance companies are sleazy just like the body shops that are service first shops
Caliber is basically at the mercy of Nationwide. In this case both parties got caught in a lie and there was no communication.

I was not thrilled with my the work done on my car here. My insurance sent me to this location and they did a pretty subpar job. When I got it back the first time, it was put back together poorly. I brought it back to be fixed since they acknowledged it wasn't done well as well as a few minor paint mess ups and when I came to pick it up they still hadn't fixed one of the things they were supposed to so they rushed to do it while I was there it didn't look good. There is obvious paint drips as well on my car where they repainted. This was frustrating especially after being out of a car for almost 3 weeks from an accident that wasn't my fault. Unfortunately I could not be out of a car any longer so I took it as is. I will say their customer service was good though as they always kept me in the loop. I would bring my car to another shop next time.

Some moron railed the back of my car on 95. A friend recommended the guys here at caliber - couldn't be more satisfied. Took care of it swiftly.
