ACME Markets is a grocery store with clearly labeled sections and an extensive variety of most items, including gluten-free and dairy-free options. It features a butcher block with an assortment of meat and seafood, a produce department, and a bakery that creates wonderful, beautiful custom cakes, cupcakes, and party trays. The deli also offers a variety of platters. The pharmacy provides immunizations and prescriptions. The staff are very nice, friendly, and efficient. The online ordering for groceries, bakery, and deli is easy to use and the staff in that department have been great. Services include Grocery Delivery and DriveUp & Go™. Most shopping is easy, with correct pricing, and issues are usually not a hassle to correct. While one negative experience was noted with a very young customer service employee regarding a return, the overall sentiment is positive, with customers stating the people are very nice and it is a much better option in the area. Many would return and shop again.
If you do online shopping, Kinya is the best shopper! She consistently makes sure my products are correct and fresh. She always goes above and beyond and I never have to worry. Plus she’s so friendly and outgoing!
