Yesterday I went to the Best Nails salon in Flourtown Pa. I had a horrible experience. I went there to get my face waxed and right when I went to the front to pay, the older Asian gentlemen that works there asked me if I paid. Of course I did but I found his question to be extremely RACIST! I'm an African American woman and I've been going there for years! I feel as though he would never have asked this of a Caucasian person. In all the time that I have been going there, I've never had a problem with any of the staff members! I will never give them my money again and I will never recommend this place to anyone especially someone of color!!!!!!

Requested style: I asked for them more narrow which I always do. Sometimes I get it sometimes I don’t but I got the best one yet today!

Writing this review on behalf the experience had by my 87 year old mother and her care giver who brought mom in for a pedicure and manicure. This was moms second visit, the first visit went quite well, everybody was satisfied with the services received on the initial visit. The problem is with a male who identified himself as the OWNER. His rude behavior towards my 87 year old mother is unacceptable. Nasty, mean, rude for no reason. When mom first arrived she was advised she would need to wait an hour, this wasn't a problem at all as mom didn't have an appointment. When it was moms turn he became obstinate and refused to work on her and was loud so the entire shop could hear. He then tried to pull my 87 year old mother out of the chair w/o giving her a chance to get up at which time the care giver had to step in and stop him. Rude for no reason, he was not provoked in any way as mom and her care giverare always soft spoken ladies. A number of family friends use this location. After hearing about the treatment from the male who identified himself as the OWNER i guarantee they will stop going here for services. Too many nail shops to put up with this ill treatment of an elderly woman.

Horrible do not use everytime I get a french manicure done the tips turn brown and start wearing off in a little more than a week. I will never use again. They do not stand behind their work always charging for their mistakes.

Absolutely awful service by the young lady doing my nails. After filing the edges were raggedy and I had to ask her to do it again. Immediate attitude. Then buffing same thing. The filing also was not even. The polish job was sloppy. I will not go back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away from this place!! They do sloppy work. Not clean and extremely rude. I told the nail tech that my nail was slanted and she didn't file my nail's correctly. She said I was picky and if I want perfect nails to do them myself.

i was a very active customer here for months but the last time i went they over priced me for simple french tip acrylics REFILL and after 2 weeks my nails are BROWN they look very dirty and ive never had that happen to my nails before so something was done wrong and i paid $70 dollars for this!! and all of them are very loose

I feel like this place does not honor appointments. They say they accept walkins but that’s not true either. Today I had an appointment I was there 5 minutes early. I was told to wait but clearly I wasn’t going to be seen anytime soon. All the pedicure stations were taken up and then the manicure stations were taken up. How long should one wait for a simple manicure with an appointment. I will stick with what I know and continue with Roy and is great service at Diamond spa. If you have an appointment there is no wait. Best Nails do better. You guys suck!

The older woman there did not know wth she was doing first off I asked for gel she proceeded to put regular polish on my toes had to wipe it back off to put gel on. Then when she did my nails she didn’t even clean my cuticles my nails look awful it’s already peeled off and I just got them done feb 24 which isn’t even a full week. NEVER WILL I RETURN HERE . I don’t like to act a fool in public so I paid them and left knowing I’ll never come back there again and it’s sad that I’m sure they knew this woman wasn’t skilled to do nails .Services: Manicure
