Our interaction with this bank was wonderful! Kelly, the manager, was fun, helpful and very customer service oriented!. We accomplished opening a checking and savings account in a few minutes very easily!

Young man came in without mask. It shouldn’t be on tellers to deal with this craziness. Old man in enclosed entry at ATM with mask around his neck. Tellers couldn’t see him. All potentially spreaders. Selfish. New Year’s Eve day 2021

Minus two. Would never recommend this bank! Financial advisors are useless. I gave Dan Moore information that he wasn't aware of. I'm trying to get a face to face meeting ( I'm two hours away ), he won't respond to my calls. Getting an attorney involved.

The pandemic has made this branch worse than before. Today went there, waiting in outer lobby since they only let in 1 person at a time. Woman comes in where I am waiting, pulls on the door & they let her in altho there is already a customer in there & I have been waiting 5 mins to get in . I speak up so they let me in & in the bank are 2 people walking around without masks, 1 an employee & the other a customer? So much for their concern for the safety of the customers.

DO NOT USE THEM THEY MAKE U WAIT TWO DAYS JUST TO GET MONEY. THEY PUT MY MONEY ON MY ACCOUNT AND THEN THEY TOOK IT BACK AND NOW THEY R SAYING ITS ON HOLD FOR AN EXTRA DAY. LIKE WTF. FIX THIS. THIS IS WHY I DIDNT WANT A DEBIT CARD

Been with them for years and was treated with no trust or loyalty is you couldn’t help me because I didn’t have my ID then why quiz me if it was my account. I won’t go there anymore I’ll stick to the bank that is familiar in spring house with my face because someone who has been there that long shouldn’t be treated in such a manner. I understand your protecting your position but what’s the point of checking to see if it’s me if you weren’t going to help me pay my bills.
