This dollar tree store in flourtown rates zero in customer service, hospitality, courtesy and just plain old respect. Every employee was rude and angry, as well as non approachable. I visited today at 4pm ish. The staff seemed to be offended when even asked a question. Bad shopping experience. The most rude was the elder woman with the white hair. I believe she set the tone for the rest of staff.

This store is awful. It smells, if the shelves aren’t empty they’re in disarray and the manager is awful and rude.

Customer service sucks. There is an employee with a bad attitude everytime. She treats customers with no respect and sorry to say this but I have been going to that dollar for 6 years and she is still the same. I prefer not to visit because is just bad. I'm pretty sure if you are reading this, you know who it is.
We all have issues in our lives, but when you are in customer service, try to have a respect and better attitude with customers.
Or get help!! Mental health is no joke and you might need someone to listen to you.

When to return items with the GF and found our cashier to be overly friendly and very helpful. Very refreshing experience not usually found at similar stores.

It says it is open til 8 pm to 10 am bur it was only 7 and it was closed otherwise they also changed it from 1 dollar to dollar 25 which is stupid and the stuff isn't the best but it's OK.

I had the most bitter none working cashier. She never looked up even though I asked how are you doing. She rung me up, did not move my purchases from where I had put them down on the belt. She then never made eye contact, shoved the receipt at me and then walked into the office. Oh and the other line had 6 people in it. The other cashier got stuck with no help.

This is a real painful place to visit. Always dirty in a clean town. Nasty workers especially the old optimum blonde woman who has a disgraceful attitude to everyone. Some good company product values for sure but I'd drive extra to a different location just to avoid the awful workers, long lines, and dirty aisles.

The store is mostly stocked and the associates are fast and friendly. The manager, on the hand, was rude. She should probably take some cues from her associates and learn how to properly address store patrons.

Lady with long gray hair has a very nasty attitude. I asked a simple question about why she said she couldn’t blow up any balloons and instead of saying, “I’m sorry, we’re out of helium. She goes “ well yeah that’s why” in a condescending tone.
