Good evening Google Family. I have visited this location of Sunoco many times in the past. I decided to purchase gas from them today after leaving the Flourtown Shopping Center. I decided on $20.00 worth of gasoline. I placed the level on 87 on the gas pump and pumped away. I liked the stand they have on pumps so you can place the pump on there and go sit in your car until it has finished pumping. I waited and then it was ready. I replaced the pump and I left. I had commented to the sales associate, oh look it stopped raining, whoo hoo!!! The young man smiled and then I smiled and then I left. Good night Google Family, workout, Be healthy, fit and fabulous, especially for people over 50 years of age.

I was in a car accident with my partner. The officer called and chose Sunoco to tow our car instead of using Triple A.
We were under the impression by the officer that we would be able to speak with the tow driver and verify where the car would be towed. Once Jim the driver arrived he asked for the keys, lifted the car and threw a business card at us stating - Car here. After stopping him I was able to get his name and that's when I was told the only option for the car was to be picked up at their lot.
Once we got to the lot we then learned that they do not actually house the cars they tow at the location on their business card. There is a separate location than where you're told to go to retrieve your car. And so after paying you must wait for someone to take you to another location to view your car.
We paid the $150 to retrieve our items from the car. Once we were taken to the tow lot the tow driver pointed to where our car was buried and began towing another car. We had to ask him for the key. We asked for help, as our car was not drivable, pinned in a row with other cars, and an inoperable drivers door. So we only had access to the driver's side passenger door to retrieve a trunk full of items and anything else we had in the car. The tow driver stated he couldn't help because he had to tow another car and instead waited in the walking path while we retrieved our items. As he just stood looking I had to ask him to move out of the way so we could finish retrieving our items.
0/10 wouldn't recommend getting your car towed here under any circumstances. Poor customer service, rude tow MEN, lack of overall organization and to be in a suburb they don't reflect the level of service one would expect in this area.

Reckless Tow Truck Driver:
I recently (meaning today!) had a hit-and-run incident on Route 95 southbound outside of Fredericksburg exit, in Virginia. The driver of the vehicle that hit me was in a hurry and was frequently changing lanes, since the rest of us were driving at a safe speed. Unfortunately, my passenger side door was scratched and the passenger side mirror was damaged. I was fortunate enough to have my phone and videotaped the driver. I was able to make out the name and number of the company and the license plate number of the vehicle. I’ve reported the incident to the Virginia State Police, and they will be investigating. Virginia State Police will be in contact with your employer to inform them about the incident.

Ridiculous hours. Tiny signs. They should just show their hours as big as possible and not a tiny notice in the pump

Terrible service here cashier was rude & disrespectful wouldn't let me get my wallet out my totaled car so i can pay to get my car & tow it out I wouldn't come here

I've gone for a routine service twice and always left with sticker shock and bad customer service from start to finish. With the exception of the young lady and kids they have working the front desk, all the guys/mechanics I've spoken to are rude, pompous, and lack professionalism. I try to support local businesses, but I would be insane to continue to give them another dime of my time. Don't waste yours! Plenty of good mechanics who deserve your business

Charged me $550 to tow a minivan a few miles. They said they had to use special winch equipment because it was stuck in park . It funny because I have video of it starting and going into all gears . They charged me to put plastic on the window that I rolled up . Total scam ! Just look at all the tows complaints .

They charged me $550 for a tow. They said they used special equipment because of it not going into gear but I have video of me putting into drive . That charge was $95. A labor charge of $135. Shouldn't that be included in the tow for $150? Oil dry for $30 and there wasn't any oil . $50 for an extra person . It was a minor fender bender and $50 storage per day and I had it out with 2 hours .
