Went to this TD bank (Flourtown) to make a deposit. The ATM was out of service so I had to go to the counter to make a deposit.At the counter while waiting for the teller to finish my deposit I notice a huge roll of heavy duty coin deposit bags. As an individual with a TD bank business account I thought how useful and asked if I could have one, or if there is a cost to buy one.The teller who was helping me along with the teller next to her who was being nosey for some reason both said no I couldn't have one or buy one and something along the lines of the bags were for "internal use" only.I felt as though the tellers were nervous and that I was being lied to so I went to another TD bank and I was given ONE coin depost bag for free. Shouldn't judge people how they look.

They changed the ATM to give customers a choice of denominations on withdrawals. $5, $20 and $50 bills. Your choice. This is an option I've wanted for years and a great time saver.The bank has always hired the best people and put customer service as the top priority. After trying many other banks over the years, none come close to TD.Thank You TD!

Broken atm machine literally took 60$ from me and messed up a bunch of my bank statements. Was on the helpline with at least 6 different people just to find out ALL of the money I put in was taken out because of their machine not working at the time

This is by far the best in Flourtown. The associates are always attentive and eventhough I have a small account, I am always treated as though I deserve full attention. Its open at great hours and on sunday; this is always a plus. hearing people complain about service or hours is totally ridiculous. Try receiving the same attention at any other bank nearby. Five stars to everyone in Flourtown.

I really like TD Bank and this branch in particular. I am always greeted cheerfully and most of the time, serviced promptly. When I need the help of customer service vs. a teller, they almost always take the time needed to ensure my needs are met. TD has a wide range of financial products from which to choose but you won't have to chose on your own if you need help. The staff is well-verses and can help arm you with information to make suitable choices. I recommend TD Bank and this branch.

I went in to change my account in June to get a higher yield of 1.5.% on Savings. In August I noticed I was still getting a lower rate of 0 5% and complained. They said the accounts were not linked and they would fix it to ensure I get the higher interest rates. In late September the problem was not fixed and I complained again about getting lower rates. I was told again they would fix it and try to credit the past due interest. I went in Oct 11 to withdraw money from a machine and could not. I complained again. Fortunately after a few more days the bank corrected the problem and payed me the lost interest. The employees were courteous and professional but it took multiple attempts and alot of time to correct the problem.

Understaffed and very very very slow. We waited to open an account with a toddler for thirty minutes for the only banker to help us. We left because it was taking too long. No apologies, no interaction with us. Grumpy tellers who need some caffeine in the morning.
