I had a wonderful experience today at Verizon in Flourtown with Shevy. He explained he took the time to explain everything to me and showed me some neat things that I never realized before I would highly recommend the store and Shevy thank you for spelling!!

I was having ongoing issues with my cell service and phone. I went to multiple carriers looking for help and everyone wanted to give me a quick response without actually understanding the issue. Not Jake at the Verizon store in Flourtown! He helped me work through one complex issue after another ending my misery of almost 2 weeks without service. He even stayed late to try to ensure I didn't leave without a phone. He helped me upgrade my phone and Joe was a big help getting the credit approval I needed to get me up and running again. Highly recommend working with them!

I've been to other Verizon stores but this one stands above. They're knowledgeable and keep working on a problem to help out the customer. You'll definitely walk out happy! I did.

I simply can’t say enough about this store. The people far exceeded expectations both professionally and personally. So pleasant and thorough with what was a pretty complicated issue. Will not be buying any more iPhones from anyone else. Awesome job!

I cannot say enough about the service and care provided to me at your Flourtown store, by Sean. The day before Easter, riding my bike for first time- my phone dropped off my bike. We were visiting from out of town- so that complicated things even more. Sean was patient, smart, funny…..and wonderful. He helped me figure out how to go about to ”find” my phone. Then when I didn’t have success- I returned and he helped me again , as I purchased a new one. No question was too stupid…..The most helpful thing was Sean could anticipate my needs!! His patience, smarts, humor will always be remembered! I give Sean a great commercial to everyone that needs help with their phone!!! Well done Sean!!!

Five Stars Just Aren’t Enough for Gary Mitchell at the Flourtown Verizon Store
I want to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for Gary Mitchell and his unmatched expertise at the Verizon Wireless Store in Flourtown, PA. Gary is an absolute pro when it comes to troubleshooting account issues. His attention to detail, technical know-how, and commitment to actual customer satisfaction is something you just don’t see anymore.
Let me be clear: Do NOT waste your time buying a phone online or dealing with that useless Verizon Assistant. And forget calling the 800 number — you’ll sit on hold for what feels like eternity. Not to mention being tossed around to different representatives who can't speak proper English dialect. In today’s busy world, who has time for that?
Go to the store and ask for Gary. He’ll get the job done quickly, efficiently, and with 100% satisfaction. No guesswork. No frustration. Just results. He genuinely cares and will make time for you. Trust me — you’ll walk out of the store with peace of mind instead of a pounding headache.
Gary, thank you for being a true professional. Verizon is lucky to have you, and I’m lucky I found someone who actually knows what they're doing!

It’s hard to believe that this could happen leaving a Verizon store, but the above-and-beyond service I got for more than a 90 minute tricky problem had me leaving feeling I was royalty—or at least had 2 personal assistants working diligently on my behalf.
Possibly because their fraud department was protecting me from identity theft, my desire to reactivate a former line required internal security clearance second only to the CIA.
Jake, leading the way with intelligent support from Mike, figured out a peculiar glitch and stayed with me every minute of the way through a series of well-intentioned but arduous steps requiring repititious validations and obstacles taking—seriously—over 90 minutes. Jake stayed focused and non-exasperated with the security people even when we had to repeat tests…and like a good coach, sent me encouraging glances when my own patience wavered. Mike showed a lot of common sense and real involvement with the mission.
I give these guys the highest marks in seriousness of purpose AND empathy. What could have been a nightmare became a warm collaboration.

I visited the Flourtown Verizon store today and was very pleased. Jake and Joe were so attentive and determined to fix my problem with my android phone. They were very knowledgeable and I was feeling confident. They had success fixing it and this is the only verizon store I will go to. Thanks
