I am an enormous fan of this store for its many services. But on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, I found a new reason to like and respect the Chestnut Hill Walgreens store. At roughly 3:30 PM, I made a purchase at the register, and brilliantly left my wallet on the counter. At 5 PM, I came back, extremely worried, and was very happy to see that the man at the register was the same guy who had waited on me 90 minutes ago. Did you happen to find a wallet? He smiled, and said, Yes. Let me call the manager. The manager brought the wallet forward, checked my name and address, and there I was 100% whole. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

I would like to thank Andy a Pharmacy TechnicianHe took the time to find a discount for my prescriptions, a kind young man, very patient and knowledgeable, in addition to that he always has a smile on his face when he is helping someone.What an Amazing person!Keep it up Andy! ?

The hours are incorrectly listed for the pharmacy. And the employees say they can do nothing about it when I asked them to contact corporate. Not good customer service. Actually, it looks like they were just late and the employees of the retail store. Don’t know what they’re talking about. They told me it wasn’t open until 10.

I absolutely love this Walgreens!!! There are actually two locations that are closer to my house, but I don’t mind driving a little further because of the warm, and welcoming customer service. It’s also very clean, and always organized. I also love seeing Yolanda! She’s always so helpful, and super sweet. If I could give more than five stars I would! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

If I could give NO Stars I would. I would agree the customer service is horrific and sadly most employees project I don't care about you attitude. Sadly there are a few that try really hard to be nice and helpful. I have recently had several encounters of some very nasty staff which I believe may have been the reason for a $600 hold on my account which I cant get a manager to get a call back nor can the poor pharmacist help after a whole week to get it removed or get an answer why. I would say this is why national pharmacies don't work because they don't care even when servicing a pretty tight nit community like Flourtown.

It is impossible to order from curb site pickup on your website. My entire family has COVID. We want to avoid any possibility of anyone in the store catching the illness. We were told to order online and then the items would be brought out to our car where they could be put in the trunk of our car. But we have given up, your website is so hard to use.

There are maybe 2 workers here who are pleasant the rest of the staff clearly hate their job, and release their pent up aggression on customers in the most passive aggressive ways.. I only go here if I have to now.

I had a medication that was out of stock at my local Walgreens, and multiple other locations. It wasn’t until I called the Bethlehem location that I finally spoke to someone who actually took the time and concern to help me find a solution. Thank you for the exceptional customer service!

Service seems to depend upon who is working at the time. Some of the clerks are great. Today I had the misfortune to have the one who seems to be perpetually cranky. She had no interest in answering my questions or helping me to solve my problem (which was caused by Walgreens). Then she argued with me that my credit card was a debit card. The pharmacist solved that quickly, but why should she need to? To top it off, she wasn't wearing a mask.
