To start I’d like to say the 1 start comments had me a bit nervous when my car insurance recommended me to come here to get my car repaired. However, I can 100% say those 1 star reviews were far from anything I experienced. The staff was friendly and understanding of my situation. The front office team explained all of the relative insurance information and the next steps would be regarding the rental car process. The representative (BK) who worked on my car was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They remained in constant contact we me throughout the entire process and answered any follow up questions I had. They also even went out of there way to salvage and reapply the bumper decal I had attached to my old bumper which did not get damaged during the accident. Then to top it off, when I picked up my vehicle I was pleasantly surprised that they spent the time to detail the car after the repair of the bumper. Overall I would 100% recommend Gerber Collision for your auto body repair needs.

But its not. Failed to order parts in advance. My insurance company paid them . Lack of good management!

Insurance screwed up and brought my car here instead of the place I wanted. Luckily, the staff were kind and forgiving of my situation, giving me the time I needed to come fix my car and get it home. Thanks

Great to find kind people. The estimater was so experienced ,he knew what he was doing . Informed me everything needed and showed me. Customer service also nice they let me bable on about my car incident (deer trying to get a ride ). Been recommended by people around where I live. After getting car back from shop ,I was impressed with everything body paint , cleaned interior well no broken glass left . Would highly recommend them .

Gerber Collision totalled my brand new car.
Don't take anything here. I had relatively minor damage to my car, and they damaged my car so severely while repairing it that my insurance had to total it. The car was brand new with a few thousand miles. They wouldn't let me see my car when requested after things got suspicious. They just kept making endless excuses. They also tried to cover up their damage. They wouldn't even provide photos to my insurance company when asked according to my insurance agent. Luckily I went to clean out my car and took plenty of photos and videos of their damage myself and forwarded them to my insurance for them to investigate. They also damaged the interior and said all the body work was done (minus the damage they caused), but they did not fix multiple things damaged in the collision.
Full transparency: They would never acknowledge any wrongdoing, however they did end up paying for most of the time I had a rental car. So I will at least give them credit for that.
Edit: Just ask around the shop about the blue WRX with the wiring harness you destroyed. You'll know exactly which job it was.

Tiffany at the front desk is a treasure and Zach managed the damage to my car well. I had one issue and they took care of that. It is a great team there. Highly recommend!

Don't do it! Don't let your ins send vehicle here! Awful service, damaged vehicle and didn't repair, removed security system and didn't reinstall. Go anywhere else

My car was towed to the Fogelsville location after being involved in a fire. I called them and asked them to remove my plates after the insurance company totaled the vehicle and before it was towed to the scrap yard. I was told that they would do so and keep the plates in their office and I could come in at my convenience. I showed up 2 days later and was told the car was gone and that they never told me they would provide that “service.” A few days later I used my app to check the cars location. It was there at the time I visited. How many lies a minute can they spew? Thanks for nothing!
