I called this office mistakenly thinking they were our branch (I needed Allentown, oops!) Whoever answered the phone was SO kind and attentive. She was incredibly knowledgeable and assisted me with my issue, and connected me to the proper channels to get it resolved. Thank you so much!

Super rude service. I came in to return my package and the lady working there named Amy gave me so much attitude and when I said if i could just get a second to get my card she came at me with lots of attitude and told me “while we have a lot to do we can’t just sit and wait here”. I work in customer service and trust me I know how to deal with customers even the rude ones and I made sure to be very polite but she was just so rude and I definitely did not appreciate it. I know what it feels like to deal with customers who come in right before closing and trust me the way this lady did it was not nice or pleasant. I can’t believe they let people like this work in the service industry if they’re just going to complain about their jobs and then be rude and nasty with the customer.

The employee at this post office branch did everything possible not to send the prepaid shipment, which was packaged in a box, claiming there were other stickers. I spent 20 minutes trying to remove and erase the stickers, but the employee still refused. I asked for her help to provide a sticker to cover what she didn't see, but she still refused. I left this post office branch unable to send the item and went to another one near my home, where they were much nicer and helped me send the same item without any problem.

Oh wow!! Just saw these reviews and I have to say that this is my favorite post office for kind and efficient employees, patience, etc. I have written many reviews on Yelp. I have been in the area for 22 years and I am so happy this post office is close by.

These people are the most amazing postal workers I have ever met. This lady helped me find a copy of an international packaging receipt from two weeks ago to save me $150!! Thank you so so much!!!

Front desk was ok, my overnight letter which was delivered only as far as 65 miles away didn't arrive on time, and I paid $27.00 dollars for it. My delivery confirmation became inconclusive after seven days. Horrible service.

Never go to this facility for mailing important document. They tempered with my international mail, snatched the letter from me and refused to give receipt for the payment, on top of everything extremely rude

The officers are very helpful. One time the central officer made a mistake and did not know Taiwan is Republic of China(ROC). Return my package. The lady manager help me to resent. I am appreciated for her help. They are busy all the time but still stay calm.

Both girls that work at this office are without smiles and rude. I honestly think the chunky girl does not even want to be there. And the taller one with glasses is flat out rude. They should both be replaced ransferred to another office far away in Alaska. Out of all the offices in the local area Folsgolsville, PA post office is the least pleasant one to visit.
