Hours said 10 online for Sunday. It’s actually 11. But we got there at 11:05 and they weren’t open. Then we waited another 20 min and STILL not open. So annoying. You can’t just open whenever you want. Terrible store should shut down don’t come on Sunday.

Perhaps you shouldn't lock the phones your customers pay for with their hard-earned money. Who are you to insist we use your service? People do have the right to choose where they spend their money. You can be guaranteed I won't be spending any of mine on anything in your stores or online. EVER.

I bought a phone from the place before and wanted to upgrade to a new phone. The lady told me that it would be there on Saturday and she would call me. Even though I heard her speak to another person on the phone and say it would be Tuesday. I thought they must be talking about another phone. She never called, so I called the store at 4pm on Saturday and she said that she had been calling and it going to voice mail that was a lie. I got calls all day with no problem. Then she said that the phone will be there on Tuesday. So that was another lie. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Go alittle farther out and see Solomon he will treat you well and not lie to you.
