I have been using Oil Depot fuel service for almost over 10 years. Each driver, as well as call takers are very friendly and competent. This company has a characteristic for prompt services and cheap prices. I would recommend Oil Depot to any home owner.

Seems like all the 1 star ratings are old news… booked them at 11:30am and they delivered my order at 2:00. Definitely going to be my go to for filling my tank

First time using them, Their price was best I could find. The website didn't seem to take order so I called them, just to make sure it went through. (or that it didn't go through twice) The receptionist was polite, and friendly. Delivery was in pouring rain, driver was nice, and followup call to confirm delivery was as the driver was leaving. Thank you.

Been using these guys for 4 years, best prices and hard working staff. you do have to give them a credit card number upfront, but I have never had an issue.

After posting a bad review earlier. Oil depot had a technician named Izzy come to my house this evening. He was friendly, helpful, and gave me some suggestions on my water heater. He informed me that oil depot does water heater cleaning which I didn't know. Izzy was amazing and made my day.

The friendliest most efficient oil business in the area. They have been keeping me warm for five years running when no one would even talk to me due to a credit issue. I am so glad I called them. I have had a couple emergencies and Oil depot experts fixed my burner and got me up and running within hours. Bravo to the folks in the office and the delivery drivers. They are the best Ive encountered in over 45 years of oil heat.

I have been using them for years. Good pricing nice customer service everytime I call anyway. I see people complaining about not getting the oil same day but we have to realize most of us order when it’s freezing out and when we are kinda low ( speaking from experience). We have to plan accordingly check the tank often they prob get real busy. I appreciate the company and will continue to use!!!

The company manager needs to do a major assessment on how things are run. Sure, this is resource that is required by many for daily existence (as are water and food) -- but that does not mean that they have the right to treat people shabby & rude. Customer service is paramount for longevity & a successful business .... Unless the owner does not care & is only interested in making money. I gave them 3 stars because the prices are ok -- been with them for several years -- and Most times they deliver when promised. BUT customer service warrants about a 1 and a half. The receptionist is abrupt, and the drivers do not follow instructions. I have an ongoing issue Re: receipts. Constantly, requesting it be left at the front door in the mail slot.... Nothing complicated. The lady always makes excuses for why it was not done, or promises to mail a copy -- neither happens. Who wants to pay a couple hundred $$$ with No Receipt? Was gonna place an order today, but changed my mind - Enough is enough.... Time for me to take my business elsewhere. Remember: People can Only Treat You the way You Allow them!

I ordered oil before noon today I PAID WITH MY CREDIT CARD.. Its 630 pm. STILL NO DELIVERY! I have no heat. I called the service at 330, 430, 530 & again just now. The person on call is refusing to answer any calls. I asked for the owner to call me back received no call. That leads me to believe they have NO ONE WORKING! It is 56 degrees in my house & i have arthritis and in terrible pain because of cold. So they have MY MONEY & I HAVE NO HEAT OR OIL!

I've been using Oil Depot for a couple of years now and their service and pricing is as good as can be expected considering the volume that they deal with in the dead of winter. Here's a tip: Don't wait until you are out of oil to place an order and then blame them for your poor planning. Grown-ups take responsibility for themselves.

They always tell you oil will be delivered and give you a date & they never deliver on the date they say .. lady who answers the phone is rude and needs customer service training. Will not use ever again..

Unexpentently ran out of oil... 17 degrees outside and they couldn’t deliver for more than 24 hrs... going elsewhere

Charged me 3.o.o a gallon for 200 gall everyone is less expensive. 1/13/2019. I was told it would be 2.69 over the phone.
