I don't know how to give zero stars because I would. Been over 48 hrs for my product to go back to their hub to be able to reschedule a delivery they screwed up. How does a product not make it back to the hub after 48hrs? Because you are lying and suck.

Our item was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago and it wasn’t. When I called that day after they did NOT call to inform me of issues, they said they would need to reschedule due to shipment issues. The day it was rescheduled for there was also no delivery so I called and they said again it was sent to the wrong place and they would call me to reschedule. They did NOT call either times to tell me of the issues and now I am supposed to believe they will call me to schedule again. We are a working household who cannot be here whenever and they are requiring someone to be here. They were not helpful, and are not reliable. I just want the item here and hope that Amazon stops using them as a service. Embarrassing that it is a Pennsylvania company. Do better.

We bought a washer and dryer at Lowes that was delivered by XPO. The washer was hooked up and the delivery man started it to show it was working. He did not hook the drain hose up properly and when the water drained the hose popped out of the laundry tub and flooded my laundry room on the first floor. Then the water went down to the basement and caused a lot of damage. Lowes has contacted XPO a number of times but they do not respond. I would not buy another appliance from Lowes if XPO delivers. We are looking into taking legal action.
