“What a hidden gem! I needed a mechanic to look at my car. It didn’t start, so I got it jumped started. Then I pushed to start, and it did that crazy thing where everything on the dashboard came on and starting blinking and flashing.I knew my tires were due for rotation and the dealer kept reminding me of that. Certainly so I could take it in and they find 5 other things that they would recommend! Since I am female I expect mechanics to try to talk down to me or try to pull a fast one. Before he passed my father taught me the basics with cars. He also taught me to know what you need before you go for service.Well we have a local shop, Ted & Sons Auto body, right here in Folsom, Pa. that out performs any auto body service I have ever used. Let me tell you why.1. They listen to customer2. You are not treated like a nuisance or an idiot about your car3. They are super friendly and accommodating4. Their prices are Fair and Reasonable!!!You don’t get the impression that their next vacation will be financed by YOUR REPAIR.In short, you can tell that this business understands that it’s hard to keep all the bills paid and have an unexpected car repair bill.My car was repaired, it’s now running like a well oiled machine.
