Normally don’t review business’s but this felt like I had to , I gave my car to them on Wednesday night , they had my car from Wednesday till Friday , picked my car up right before close at 4 pm Friday , everything seemed normal and fine , they cut me a break on labor because the part that I needed fixed was unable to be fixed and the part is no longer available, charged me 300 , I gave them 400 because they made an effort and put some hours into my car trying to fix it , upon returning home I noticed my driver side rear bumper had a piercing slash through it like something had stabbed it or cut it with something , no dents , no cracks , a clean cut was made thru my bumper , after calling Friday and leaving a message they called Monday and to make a long story short basically told me that they would look security footage to see what had happened , after not hearing for a couple hours I call back and they tell there’s to much security footage to go thru to determine what happened but they are willing to pay half my deductible if I make an insurance claim , so you mean to tell me I should file a claim thru my insurance company , risk my payments going up and pay 500$ out of my own pocket since my deductible is 1000$ and there willing to pay half , cuz no one knows or cares what happened to my car while you were in possession of it , mind you I work hard and make sure to maintain my vehicle nicely and well kept and to feel like I dropped it off somewhere that doesn’t care or didn’t care is crazy , I’m upset I came here instead of going to pepboys where I usually go , never once had an incident like this happen ever with them

Came to get my stickers renewed and synthetic oil change last minute. I didn't have my updated registration with me. They were nice enough not to turn me away and waited until I renewed my registration right at the desk. I brought my car in at 1130. They called to let me know they also had to change my windshield wipers to pass inspection. My car was ready by 3. The price was steep at $230 but I liked how there was communication, and how fast my car got done for a last minute thing.

every time i’ve come here i’ve had a decent experience but the last time i was here i came for my inspection and was quoted 1500$ alone for some front end suspension work that i ended up doing on my own. after doing it myself with a professional mechanic on stand by most of the parts i was told needed to be replaced did not at all they were still in pretty good condition with no tears in the rubber and no popping in the joints. and on top of that just one year before they had already replaced that same sway bar end link? after this experience i will never be returning and nor will my family. this used to be a place i would recommend to many but never again after that

Great auto shop, owner there goes out of his way for everyone of his customers and it shows. Trust worthy shops are hard to come by these days and theses guys are one of the few left. Highly recommended.

Can't recommend Adam and his team at Competition Auto more highly. Had a recent electrical repair which needed additional attention after the initial service. They went above and beyond to find and correct a stubborn issue despite the additional labor time.
