No retail employees were around in the middle of the afternoon. Some kind ladies came to me and showed me where they were. I kindly said hello to draw attention to the line of customers waiting.
This purple haired lady snaps at me 'you're just gonna have to wait'. Instead of saying she would be with me shortly, or she would be there in a minute. The service I required could not be done by self check out.
I'm accustomed to terrible service, but being international rude and self serving isn't a way for a business to operate. It didn't have to escalate if she'd shown a modicum of professionalism.
This type of stuff makes me excited for the eventual lay off of these rude employees. CVS is bad now that their competitors are closing.
Note to CVS: whenever I submit the report using your website, it's a waste of time and no reply. The only way your company will learn is if rating sites warn potential customers.

The last 3 times I went to pick up a prescription the person which all were men, who waited on me spoke so loud that I think everyone behind me had to hear. I was in yesterday again and the young guy told me I don’t normally work here he’s new but yet talked so loud about my meds I was embarrassed everyone had to hear him. Who ever is working at the pharmacy counter needs to keep their voice down. And make it private and be respectful. I may try a different location. This happened to many times.

My prescription was supposed to be delivered to CVS in Pa it was delivered to Mn location. I had to make the changes myself through the web site. Which caused me a 2 day delay on my prescription. Totally UNACCEPTABLE. IT WAS SENT TO THE FOLSOM PA LOCATION. NOT MN LOCATION. There’s a glitch in YOUR SYSTEM PERTAINING TO THIS MATTER. I PRINTED IT OUT SO I HAD PROOF OF THE SCREW UP WITH THIS MATTER

The worst never have insulin. You know that life saving drug that i need to live. Ordered it though the app because you can't get them on the phone. Was told order was confirmed. Then hours later was told they are out of it. Just in time to do nothing about it. Go to another cvs to get it and they can't fill till this one opens. Like wtf I need it to live. So I'm writing this in the parking lot out of insulin waiting another hour for someone to do something besides just tell me can't help you yet.

Stores look & organized the same. Its the Employees make that business. The days I went both were cashiers. They did more than what a usual employee does{from my experience) help me with items made sure my discount worked. When it said it didn't. Everything is too costly & stuff like that helps alot. So thank you to those 2 cashier March 15 & march 13 ( air wick & crest 3D)

Good afternoon Google family. I love coming here because of Sharon. Sharon is the associate who works here. Sharon is always so helpful and is always in a great mood. This CVS location always has everything that I need. I needed to purchase a heating pad since my old heating pad is not working correctly. Have a great night, workout and be fit and Fabulous.

There was a problem with my rx at my normal cvs and the pharmacist on duty right now (7/5 @ 6:19pm) refused to give me my diabetes medication even though their system says they have 6 boxes of it in stock.

Love this CVS, I do some couponing and always come out very satisfied with the service. Like this location, is very spacious and have a wide variety of items that I don't find on other stores.
