I want to start by saying the two women who were working in the front part of the office when I went for my appointment were FANTASTIC. They were both knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and professional. I didn’t catch their names, but they were wonderful.
The reason for the low stars on this review, then, is because the doctor himself was condescending, rude, inconsiderate, and judgmental. He spent the entire exam making snarky comments about how long it had been since I’d been to an eye doctor, never once seeming to consider that I may have had circumstances that prevented me from being able to get proper eye care (finances, family situation, lack of insurance, or lack of transportation are just a few barrier I can think of that could and do come up for people, myself included). He spoke down to me, gave me a lot of attitude, and rather than trying to build a positive rapport and relationship with me he was just focused on trying to shame me for a history that couldn’t be changed. I will not be returning to this location in the future, solely because of my experience with this doctor.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! WORSE PLACE EVER! WAS TOLD A DATE TO RECEIVE MY GLASSES AFTER ENSURING THEY WERE IN STOCK. THEN IT TOOK FOR ME TO CALL AND INQUIRE FOR THEM TO SAY OH THEY ARE BACK ORDERED SO IT WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL 10 DAY WAIT! THIS OFFICE IS TERRIBLE AND THEY LIE TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR! THEY ARE MORE EXPENSIVE THEN THE COMPANIES WHO MAKE THE FRAMES!

Do not get glasses here. Horrific experience. Took 4 weeks, they finally called and said the frames were oos. I ordered a pair from eyebuydirect.com and got them in 5 days. Do not buy from here.
