I usually do not complain about my hair as Im a dude and don't really care, but twice now this place has butchered my hair. I have went to this Great Clips for the last few years and never really had any problems, but the last two times was it for me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but after the second time I will not be back. I spent almost $30 including a tip on a single haircut. Nothing special just a high and tight but longer and it was butchered yesterday so I went to another place to have it fixed. I didnt say anything at Great Clips as I am not a rude person and didnt want to crush their dreams so I paid and left. I ended up paying over $40 to have it blended and fixed. The place that fixed it for me told me they get people all the time from Great Clips where their hair has been messed up. As much as they charge your haircut shouldn't be messed up. I will never be back to any Great Clips.

Went passed there and it had a note on the door saying closed till further notice saying something about peoples safety ect does anybody know what is going on

I have going to this location for over 22 years. Had someone new today and I’m not going back. Had to explain 4 times what I wanted and she kept working on other areas. She never clipped my neck nor got the loose hairs off at the end. I honestly just wanted to get out of there. The stylists I typically see are always great. But now I have to go somewhere else to get this haircut fixed and don’t want to go back to great clips in case I get a stylist like this again.

Worst place ever to get a hair cut never do what I ask. ask for an inch off the top they take 4 inches. Ask them for a mid fade and they always start the fade at the top of my head literally makes me look like a the cartoon avatar character

The only reason this gets 3 stars instead of less is because I expect * you get what you pay for * The haircut is decent BUT not what I wanted and this was one of the most uncomfortable experiences of my life… the first thing she did was read my name with a snear, and then loudly called out (tya tHeY/tHeM cutis?) and asking me what it meant in front of everyone, then she took more time telling me how she “never understood that”, than she did to actually understand the haircut I wanted. I am very open to explaining and genuine questions but it was obvious that she was stuck on “not understanding” and not ready to hear anything else. She kept insisting the haircut was easy so she barely looked at my 10 reference photos and ended up giving me nearly the exact haircut that I said I DIDNT want, the nonexample. Honestly I could have pushed for an improvement but I felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable from the first moment of interaction than I ran out the door as fast as possible. I will not be returning to this building…

Delisa is so talented, fun, and professional. Every time she does my hair I am completely happy with it, she cuts it better than anyone ever has! She takes the time to actually listen and understand what I’m looking for; and every time she hits it out of the park. I get so many compliments on my hair and can’t thank her enough. We visit the Folsom Great Clips regularly for our families haircut needs and always have a positive experience.
Requested style: Cathy knows exactly how I like my haircut/length.
Stylist: We always work with Cathy and Angie. They're both wonderful and always greet us with a smile and ask how we've been since our last visit. My daughter has some haircut anxiety and always leaves happy!

The entire staff is courteous and attentive. I have had my haircut by several of the stylists and each one has given me a great cut. I recommend them constantly to friends and employees who live in the area.
Stylist: DeLisa has given me an amazing cut on my last few visits here.. she is friendly and knowledgeable..

Always so friendly and willing to touch up spots I may want a tad shorter.
Requested style: I get my hair short with different numbers on the clippers. They fade the lines real good. And shape up nicely. ?
