Whatever you do, do not trust these people with your tax information. A SENIOR tax rep (Kathy) completely screwed my father’s taxes. Adding only 5 digits to the bank account number (without flagging it) putting the wrong address. Where my father was supposed to get his return Feb 24th. WE ARE STILL FIGHTING APRIL 17th. They were already paid. When the money was attempted to deposit it was return back. So they issued the check to be sent to the WRONG address. They had no way of figuring that out to let us know. In fact all Kathy could do was lie straight of her mouth. While blowing smoke up my a** explaining my father’s money was deposited and everything was fine to check with the bank. The receptionist was able to find out exactly what happed and explained. After that Kathy thought she could still double down on her lie and try telling us the money was deposited in February. The IRS has no idea where the money is. A week ago I asked to cancel the check and have them redeposit the money in the correct account. They had my father sign more paperwork to do so. Told me it’ll take one business day. It didn’t. Every single day I called, they put me through the ringer . “Give it one more day!” We have given another week now and still NOTHING. I will be filing complaints with the IRS, BBB, Attorney General & the CFPB. Also considering small claims court. So just SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS. DON’T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

John was very Sarcastic and wouldn’t let me finish my statements majority of our conversation. He would talk over me instead of listening to what I was asking or telling him. Very scattered with information and I will NOT be coming back to this location nor will I recommend others to!

Tax time again and I really appreciate the service I received from my tax professional, Mandy, at HR Block on MacDade Blvd. The option of setting up an appointment to drop off my tax documents, having a helpful receptionist at the front desk, and the option to either call and speak with Mandy directly with my questions or through the HR Block app made the process flow seamlessly. Having a tax professional complete my taxes gives me peace of mind. Give them a try.

I walked in at 7pm with 10 w2s and 3 1099s. They still allowed me to come in still sat there until 9pm helping me prepare my return. It took alot of time as mine were from 3 differnt states. It took 3 agents to prepare my taxes but they did everything to get them done. I really appreciate the time and effort they put into helping me with my taxes
