“Kellmer’s has been my go to jewelry store for many years. I have been wearing a necklace purchased 20 years ago and I continue to get compliments on it. They stand by their jewelry and do excellent repair work when it’s needed. Jeff helped design a ring that I wanted (3 thin gold bands-white, yellow and rose fused together) and suggested we put little diamonds in it. I never get tired of looking at it! Jeff can provide appraisals on your jewelry for insurance purposes which is very important to have. A great jewelry store!”

Atlas and did not appraise or bring the collection elsewhere. Knowing that the information gap would be significant as I know little about jewelry, I found Steve to be honest and fair. Steve and staff also helped me determine which items had minimal residual value and could be donated. Steve and I had a far flung conversation about life and family to boot, which I very much enjoyed. Lovely guy.”

“I went into this jewelry store to see if they could bring my watch back to life with a fresh battery after the jewelry dept. at Kohls was unsuccessful. The owner placed a new battery in the watch but had the same result so he spent at least 10 minutes testing it with a magnetic field, taking it apart, cleaning its parts, etc. It became clear that the watch needed a more extensive repair which I wasn't willing to pay for since it was an inexpensive Timex. The owner refused to charge me anything but I insisted that he take something so paid him $10 for his efforts. I'll definitely come back to have him replace watch batteries or watch bands or make repairs.”

“I went to Best jewelers looking for a gold cross and chain for my 1st grandchild's upcoming baptism. The first thing you'll notice here is that, even if there are other people in the store, they make you feel like you are the only one. The customer service is incredible! They listened to what I wanted and needed and presented me with a ton of options!
