My nurse was great. I've never had such a smooth experience. I never felt the needle in or out and that for my anxiety was amazing so I was grateful. No bruising either!

The Folsom location technicians are simply amazing. I went one day fir a lab draw the script was not in the system. The lab tech allowed me to call my doctors office while im the room with her to verify where it was being sent. She provided the fax number and encouraged me to have them email me the script as well, unfortunately, I didn't get that technicians name. I went the following week. The script still had not been received. Barbara searched in the system every way she could to try to get the info needed to draw my labs to no avail. However, she directed me on what to request from the doctor's office(Quest account #, office fax number) in order to ensure the labs were securely sent to the correct location. The next time I arrived, Barbara was able to fit me in without an appointment. The new lab tech she was training(formerly worked at Crozer) stuck me exeptionally, no discomfort or probing for my vein and I didn't even feel the needle go in. They have the best crew at that location. 👏

@ Quest Diagnostics. Check-in was quick and easy, and my appointment started right on time. The phlebotomist was professional, gentle, and friendly. Their friendly greeting always puts me at ease; I truly appreciate their expertise. Highly recommend!

I never write reviews but the two women working Thursday morning late July were extremely professional and on top of everything despite being busy all morning. I always have issues with phlebotomists finding my veins and there was no issue. Quick and painless.

I never write out reviews but for this place I had too ! I’ve been to other quest in the past and have had good experience but today was even better at the Ridley park location! So quick I was in and out i believe her name was maya she was nice calming and great at what she does! I’ve never had a better experience getting blood drawn !

I walked into the place and immediately could tell something was different in a positive way. So nicely decorate,clean,music playing. I have been going here for a few years and was never happy but today was so nice. Barbara couldn’t have been nicer. I’m so happy I had this positive experience today because I was ready to find a new place. Thankyou Barbara for your kind words and good job.
