Danielle was by far the best phlebotomist I have had. She was quick and efficient and kind throughout the process. I've found my new favorite Quest location based off of today's experience alone!

My son needed to have blood work done and Barbara at the Folsom location was amazing! He was nervous and tentative about having it done, but she comforted him and made sure he was at ease the entire time. She was thorough and explained everything we needed to know. I could not recommend Barbara enough!

On October 6th at the 501 Folsom location. I had an appointment and ran into a tech that was clearly upset at someone but in spite of the stress she was in she was able to pull my blood in a such a professional manner that I couldn’t even detect a needle mark. That’s pretty good when under stress. I let her know she was excellent. That calmed her down. But honestly, she was incredible. You have to know what you’re doing in that business. I don’t remember her name but I am Robert Henderson. Called about 940 am.. just excellent ,!

Barb in the am was extremely pleasant and helpful. She saw me sitting in the parking lot and took me early! This was for school but it went quickly and she was friendly and knowledgeable!

I had the worst experience at what seemed to feel like a correctional facility. I rate the customer service, if you could even call it that, a big F. When I walked in, there was no one at the front desk. Finally, a bleached blonde with a hair topper, wearing more make up than Tammy Faye Baker reluctantly trudged in. She had more chains around her neck than Mr.T.This was my second attempt to get my blood drawn because they promised that they would have "the code" by the next day...Then she snarled, "THAT'S NOT MY JOB, YOU HAVE TO CALL FOR THE CODE. WE DON'T TIME FOR THAT." I thought to myself, "I wish she could make time to wear a mask."I called the hospital and was put on hold. When somebody finally answered, she rudely told me that I needed to leave because they were closing soon. The doctor at the hospital told me that he wasn't sure what code Quest needed. The next day I simply walked into Labcorp and they took my prescription with NO issues whatsoever. RUDE!!!

Surprise! They stopped taking keystone first this month. Glad they didn’t wait to tell me until after she stuck my daughter. So glad Quest has committed to serving the indigent community.

The woman who took care of me was the best. I never seen someone hustle the way she does. I forgot her name, it's been a few weeks but I believe she was the one in charge.

Danielle is really amazing - she gets you in and out and makes getting my labs done the least stressful it can be haha. I’ve always had good experiences coming here and there isn’t much of a wait but I come during off times.

I came here positive attitude the lady who works in the back blonde grayish hair was very rude she had an attitude as soon as I stepped in the back then talking to me like she was frustrated because I didn’t know where the code was I don’t take a drug screening everyday or every year so I wasn’t sure where it was then I go in the back to use the bathroom not once did she say I only had 3 min in there and how much to fill the cup up I come out bad enough she yelling threw the door let’s go come out but now she telling me I got to wait 3 hrs to retake it smh I work in customer service so I expect top tier this is not a correctional facility and respect is due to a dog !!!! I won’t be coming here again !!!!

I get routine bloodwork done here every few months and always hope for the dour vs nasty phlebotomist choosing the less of the unhelpful and sour staff. walk ins seem to be the end of the world to the staff and don't even consider coming between 12-2 when the staff is eating lunch.
