Went in to do Amazon return. While I was waiting in line, I saw they had some old ripped up and some flattened boxes piled up with some other stuff that look like trash like dirty, dusty old computer or a printer or something. I went to take one box. It was just a low sided box like 4 inches high that once held Hammermill printer paper and the guy, I guess he’s the manager, starts yelling at me across the store in front of several customers that the boxes were “not for taking.” These boxes were all torn up and I was not allowed to take a ripped cardboard box. I would never ever buy another thing from this store ever again based on the experience I just had. I cannot believe that I was scolded for trying to take a small ripped cardboard box that did not have a lid either. It was just an 8”x11” open box. I hope the manager is now satisfied that he lost a customer permanently and I hope corporate sees this and commends him for losing a customer who, apparently isn’t as valuable as a piece of trash. I will be telling anybody else that I know that needs to go to Staples or at least this particular store about what happened today.

Associates had another employee get the item I wanted in the back room. Wanted two but only had one Roku.
They were both helpful and quick checkout. Also had empty printer cartridges to drop off

Sent papers to be printed and gave code and they were done no problem. Later send same items to be printed and they said they could do it . They needs more knowledge able people

Good service. Not a lot of customers so no long lines. They have a printing service which I use on a regular basis and they are very helpful.
